This open concept home offers a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything that you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or make a quick snack.
The home is fully equipped with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Our private screened in patio & pool area will allow you and your family to Relax, Swim and Enjoy the outdoor using our patio dining set and pool side lounge chairs.

There is an entertainment center with a smart TV and soundbar for your indoor enjoyment. There is also a Roku Device connected to the TV which allows you to stream your favorite channels and apps such as HBO, Local News, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.

As a guest, you may enjoy the many community facilities of High Grove, free of charge. This includes a very impressive club house with a game room, arcade room, recreation center featuring a snack bar, fitness center, lounge area with internet cafe, business center and reception area. Behind the clubhouse is a pool and spa. There is also a children's play area and a mini golf course near the clubhouse.

Very clean well appointed Villa

Highly recommended. The villa is super clean, light and airy.,The villa is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is extensively equipped with all you need. Swimming pool is also well maintained. Situated in a quiet, tidy gated community approx 1/2 an hour from the main theme parks and around 1 1/2 hours from the coast. Plenty of places to eat around and a large Walmart around half a mile away. Pre arrival instructions very clear and Muneera was lovely to deal with, very quick to respond and very helpful when contacted and also super quick refunding our rental deposit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow, what a lovely villa!

We thought the villa was ideally situated, about 10 minutes from Disney. Had everything we could wish for in a lovely gated community. Nice to have a deep end in the pool, and enjoyed the barbeque. Any question we had was answered very quickly. Couldn't have asked for anything more, we had a great time, better than we could have ever imagined.

Great villa in ideal clean, tidy location with good amenities nearby.

Tidy property in secure area in good condition. Enough pots and pans etc to get by, and pool a good size for a cool down. House nice and cool with the aircon. Staff in clubhouse very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Pool and hot tub at the clubhouse good, as were the games for children. Irish bar outside the main gates also very good

Great Escape

Perfect little pool home for escaping the winter blues! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little pool home nestled in a safe and private neighborhood close to all of our favorite places yo visit in Disney. Excellent hospitality and communication from owner. Highly recommended.
