4-bedroom Cape style home with large lawn and 24-foot above ground pool.

Plenty of space to play lawn games, swim and relax by the pool (pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day) . Dreams Park is located at the end of our country road - 1 mile away.

The Village of Cooperstown has plenty of restaurants, shopping and Baseball Hall of Fame 4 miles north. Grocery store also a mile away. We provide fully furnished home with linens and everything you will need.

Great place to stay super close to the Dreams Park. Plenty of space, great deck and pool. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Recommend for a family or group.
