O imóvel é péssimo para famílias com filhos, já para um casal solteiro ou grupo de amigos TALVEZ o custo benefício POSSA valer a pena.

Férias maravilhosas.

Gostaria de agradecer ao senhor Iuri pelo excelente apartamento, pois foi a segunda vez que fiquei hospedada com minha família em seu apartamento e conseguimos desfrutar de ótimas férias sem nenhuma surpresa ao chegarmos ao apartamento, pois o apartamento é lindo, tudo novo e muito bem limpo, exatamente como mostram as fotos. Parabéns pelo bom gosto com a decoração, assim como pela cordialidade, simpatia, transparência e honestidade com que trata seus hóspedes. Imóvel exatamente como o anunciado. Cama confortável, utensílios variados, limpo e muito organizado e, principalmente, com jeitinho de lar. Pertinho da praia, de supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes... O proprietário é muito atencioso e acessível. Aprovadíssimo!
