Wohnung okay. Umfeld weniger.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnanlage dagegen ist auf dem absteigenden Ast. Viele leere Ladenlokale, mässig gepflegte Außenanlagen, schmutziges Treppenhaus. Wenige Meter von der Wohnung war ein Varietézelt inkl. Kirmes, dessen laute Musik täglich, tageweise sogar zweimal, bis 22:00 Uhr zu hören war. Von einer direkt unter der Wohnung liegenden Pizzeria drang regelmäßig Pizza- und Zigarettengeruch in die Wohnung. Lüften war daher nur bedingt möglich. Fazit: Wohnung gut, Umfeld störend.

Objekt gut, Organisation schlecht

Zuallererst war die Ferienwohnung sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Was das angeht waren wir sehr zufrieden. Allerdings war der Check In nicht gut organisiert. Wir hatten bis wir vor Ort waren keine Infos wann und wo wir die Schlüssel kriegen. Wir sind erst umher geirrt und haben eine Anlaufstelle gesucht, die es aber nicht gab. Ich habe mich dann Telefonisch gemeldet und habe auch jemanden erreicht. Die Person am Telefon wusste überhaupt nicht das wir heute anreisen, das wurde ihr nicht vom Eigentümer mitgeteilt. Sie konnte dies aber wohl mit dem Eigentümer klären. Wir mussten dann noch 15 Minuten warten bis jemand vor Ort war. Wir haben dann die Schlüssel bekommen allerdings wurde uns nichts gezeigt nur beschrieben wo wir hin müssen. Wir mussten also einige Sachen erstmal suchen. Die Wohnung war wenigstens sauber, aber für eine angegebene 'Komplettaustattung' jetzt auch nicht perfekt ausgestattet gewesen. Mussten entweder noch Geld drauf bezahlen oder uns noch einiges vor Ort kaufen. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, aber die Organisation kann man noch um einiges ausbauen.
