Within less than 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian must visits, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis and its Parthenon (5 min walk) and the Ancient and Roman Agora’s, as well as the Plaka (5min walk), this spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath residential jewel also features a living room with a convertible large sofa bed with a full mattress, high ceilings, and wooden floors. A perfectly comfortable home for 2 up to even 8 guests.

The two bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the third bedroom two twin beds, all with American imported mattresses and furnished with high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate sleeping experience. All bedrooms offer large smart TVs, individual stereo system with USB doors and ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofa beds one of which turns into an extra comfortable double bed making this home suitable for 8 guests. And a large smart TV with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by the renowned Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.

Fantastic Location and Experience Near All You Want in Athens

I would rent this property again every time I go back to Athens. Outstanding location just a few minutes' walk from Acropolis entrance, Acropolis Museum, Plaka district, a metro stop, grocery stores and loads of restaurants. It's a nice property with good amenities and well-working showers. View across the street is to the Temple of Zeus. Two more VRBO properties by this owner are in the same building are are probably equally as nice. Check-in was great. The team also arranged for ground transport to/from the airport and a couple really nice and worthwhile tours outside Athens. I'd heartily recommend.

The property is gorgeously designed and maintained. Location unbeatable. Views to die for.

We brought our 11 year old nephew for his birthday - he has been fascinated by Greek history and mythology for years, so it was his dream. He said of the apartment, 'this defines luxury'. Great location and well suited for families

Our family of 4 rented this apartment. It was a great size, had a washing machine (no dryer). We really liked the location! We walked everywhere! Short walk to Plaka and Acropolis! We loved it and definitely recommend!

Wonderful all around

We had such an amazing time at the Acropolis Exclusive Residence. We were welcomed by our lovely host and toured the property promptly. It is well equipped with just about everything you need and a large refrigerator. Only downside to the kitchen is that the sauté pans have seen better days and are in need of replacement. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and nice to have the A/C or heater unit in every room. Because it is in a very central spot, just across the street from the temple of Zeus, at night when the temperature drops the pollution drops into the main areas pretty heavy and is quite toxic. An air filter might be a good investment for the property. Otherwise no other notes and a quite a special place that is in the heart of Athens, nearby to everything you’ll ever need
