Me and My friends stayed here for a weekend get away. The house overall was very clean and comfortable. The heater downstairs was a plus. Wish we could of used outside furniture but it was wet . It was very close to a lot of restaurants and a club less than 5 minutes away. I would rent this property again

A good option for traveling to and through ATL with a big family...

The experience we had we pretty good. Nice house with good accommodations for all. Close enough to downtown ATL to allow for easy access to all the sights that ATL has to offer. The only downfall to the experience was the expectation that we would be stripping the linens and taking out the trash, despite the extra $100+ "cleanup fee" that was charged. The point of choosing a house over going to . a hotel is for the capacity and comfort of staying in a house, but that shouldn't include having to cleanup. The $50+ nonrefundable party deposit was excessive as well. I understand that maybe people threw parties in the past and now you are covering the expense of that, but to be charged for someone else's wrong doing was excessive and kind of deceptive that it isn't included in the cost of the rental upfront. Don't get me wrong, the house was a nice house with beautiful furnishings and great location so it was worth it, but it was not as great of a deal as our other VRBO rentals have been.

The home was perfect! The photos were spot on and clean! The beds were really comfortable and we didn't want to get out of the bed! We look forward to renting this home again! Thanks for everything!
