This beautiful rental vacation home is located in south of Cape Coral on a canal with direct access to the gulf of Mexico. Centrally located, yet quite neighborhood. Close to shopping center and grocery stores.

The home has 5 bedrooms (separate master suite only accessible from pool area) , 3 baths, a great pool area with an electric heated pool and is equipped with every comfort; capsule coffee maker, washer, dryer, grill. The outdoor area is protected with a mosquito net.

Cape Coral Chill Out

The property was very substantial and gave all 10 of us our own space when needed. We were all surprised how lavish this house was and the availability of many utensils and facilities it was just like home.

2024 Winter Stay (91 days)

My wife and I stayed for 3 months to escape the Minnesota winter. The house was most comfortable and fit us perfectly. During our time we had several family and friends stay with us and there was plenty of room for all. We especially enjoyed the pool area and pool itself. The hosts were first rate and were always willing to assist if needed. Several issues did arise during our stay which is to be expected for that long of time, and the management team took great steps to get things resolved as quickly as possible. We would definitely consider staying there again or at another place managed by these fine people.

Wedding in Fort Myers

The house is well situated to both Coral Gables and Fort Myers. A bit awkward having one bedroom and bath not directly connected to the house. Cooling system was not easy to balance.

Our Last Family Trip

Took this trip with our 2 boys. They are both in college. It will most likely be our last one with both of them. Im so grateful to have had this home! Beautiful, roomy, and accessible to all sorts of activities that Florida offers. We loved it so much my husband and I are planning on buying a home in this area.

Pictures of property was spot on. The rooms were spread out enough for privacy but still close enough for family to gather! Beds were comfortable, home was clean and kitchen had every appliance needed. Would recommend for any large family or 5 couples.
