A lot of extra space provides privacy, since this is one of the few houses, where you do not have a direct neighbor on the opposite side of the canal or right next to your yard.
Villa SunsetPalms is ideal to relax and unwind and to refill your energy reserve in Florida's endless sunshine and warmth.

Inside the luxurious villa you will find 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Imagine - the master bath accounts for 50 sqm and offers a gorgeous middle bathtub and two step-down showers. The Master Bedroom as well as the living- and dining room feature brand new real wood flooring. Great property in a very relaxing location; a fantastic break we'll be back asap!!

The property was very well appointed in a quiet and beautiful location, really couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot. The area is quiet residential, on one of the many local canals. For us, the whole place had everything we were looking for; tranquility, great weather and a lovely house with all that you needed for a relaxing and peaceful break. House has everything you need, well maintained and with all mod cons. Special mention to the agents too, couldn't praise them highly enough. Sven was attentive and responsive; we had a couple of tiny issues that were resolved literally in less than 30mins. Definateky be back to the area as soon as we can.....

A wonderful property in a fantastic location.

We are a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 older child) who stayed in the property for 10 nights in July 2017 and enjoyed every minute. We found everything was as described or better. The feel of the property is modern, the pool and view onto the canal is superb, it's outside patio area is private and catches the sun all day and provides excellent views of those spectacular picture book Florida sunsets. Shops are no more than 5 minutes away and there are some really lovely local restaurants to enjoy. The owners were so kind in providing (on request) lots of local tips and hints that really made us feel at home the moment we walked through the door. If you're looking to get away from the frantic pace of modern life and want for a great family property, excellent pool, in quite but in a well appointed location, our stay suggests you will not be disappointed. Thank you Iris for sharing your beautiful home and for providing us with such a great vacation!

every thing was nice except when we arrived at 1130 pm we couldn’t get in code for door didn’t work and couldn’t get in and for quite awhile and couldn’t get ahold of properly manager and took a long time to get ahold of property owner so

Amazing place

It was peaceful, beautiful, great neighborhood, amazing view. The pool was great, the only downfall was the screen covering for lanai was totally gone, leaving it exposed to animals especially birds that kept making a mess, even had a racoon come up to patio door. This information was missing from website. This is an amazing place and will come back.

Retirement celebration getaway

We had an amazing stay. The view of the canal and pool were spectacular and we got to see the sun set each night. The house was close to grocery stores and restaurants and 30 minutes from beaches. Great location. We didn’t realize the screen on the lanai had been destroyed by the hurricane, but luckily it was early enough in the season that we didn’t have to worry much about flies snd mosquitoes, spiders etc. would highly recommend this property!!
