This beautiful and modern apartments are set at a perfect location at the private condominium Clube Alvor Ria and benefit from beautiful views over Alvor's harbour and the swimming pool.

They are only a few steps away from the village centre and 5 min walk to the beach.

The apartments are large and have a lot of sun light. They have a modern decoration and they are fully equipped with everything that may be needed for a perfect holiday.

The one bedroom comprise a one bedroom with twin beds and the two bedroom apartemnt has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other a bedroom with two single beds. Both have a large living room with a dining area with patio doors leading onto the sunny balcony. The kitchens are equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and all the kitchen utensils that you may need. The apartments offer air conditioning all over and parking inside the condominium.

Wifi is available and optional.

Clube Alvor Ria is a private condominium, set in a 3 floors building, with an outdoor pool, private parking and garage, 2 lifts and a well maintained garden area. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and the river, has a fabulous view and it is bright and sunny all year round.

Clube Alvor Ria has a privileged location, in front of Alvor’s beautiful river (natural reserve), with its pleasant promenade, and 5 min walk to the fabulous Alvor’s beach with its 4 miles of fine sand. The centre of the fishing village, with several shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is only a few steps away.

Opposite to the complex, there is a boardwak through the dunes next to the beach, with a fantastic view over the river, where you may have your exercise or just have a relaxing walk.

For Golf lovers, within 5-10 min drive there are Alto Golf, Penina Golf and Morgado Golf. For people who seek some adrenalin , around 15 Km away there is the new Algarve's International Autodromo where you may watch car and moto races as well as rent Karts and have your own driving experience or have active driving lessons at high speed.

Alvor: Alvor is an Algarvian typical fishing village with narrow streets and a beautiful harbour. Alvor's river is a very well preserved natural reserve.

At the river it is possible to do canoeing and river boat trips,

Alvor has lots of shops, restaurants of different types, bars and supermarkets.

Alvor's beach is one of the most beautiful portuguese beaches with 4 miles of white sand and limpid water. It is quite safe to swim at the beach and practice all kinds of water sports. It has blue flag from the European Union which is a flag that is granted to the beaches that have a safe and non polluted environment.

Things to see and to do in Alvor and surroundings: Near Alvor there are many different beaches. All of them very beautiful, some with rocks and cliffs like praia dos Três Irmãos (1 Km away), praia do Vau, praia do Alemão and praia da Rocha (2 Km). You may try all of them during your stay here and also try other Algarve's beaches.

Portimão is the nearest city, 5 Km away from Alvor. There you may find all kind of commerce, a large and brand new Shopping Center (Áqua), another smaller one (Continente), a Retail Park, and a few hypermarkets as well as other shops at the city centre and a beautiful promenade by the riverside, which we highly recommend you to visit and relax at one of the café's terraces while enjoying the beautiful view over the river.

15 kms away there is the new Algarve's International Autodromo where you may watch car and moto races as well as have your own driving experience and have classes at the racing school.

Lagos, 20 Km away is a very well preserved city, where you may take a look at a bit of Portugal's history.

The apartment is very bright and spacious and has a great location in front of the harbour and near the beach, It has been fully refurbished last year. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, modernly furnished, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 twin beds. Next to it there is a 2nd bathroom with shower cabin. . The bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The living room is quite spacious and it is furnished with a large modern leather sofa and a large pouf, cable TV with over 150 channels, a dining table in wood with 6 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and all cooking utensils that you may need. The apartment has air conditioning all over.

It has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the harbour, furnished with 4 sunloungers and a table with 6 chairs. Wi-fi is available and optional.

I want to thank you for the wonderful holiday me and my family just had at your apartment. We loved everything, the apartment is very large, quite well equipped, the view from the apartment is beautiful. The complex is greatly located, next to the the town centre and to the beach. We will come back next year!

The Apartment was amazing

The Apartment and Apartment Complex was fantastic. It was of a very high standard. The Apartment was spotless and had all the mod cons as was the Complex itself. The pool area was kept to a very high standard and always spotless. The view from our apartment was just breath taking and the pictures we had viewed before we went did not do it justice. We were a few minutes walk from the Beach which was amazing, a few minutes to the Harbour which also was breath taking and five minutes or less into the beautiful village which had fantastic eateries and shops. It was great to have the WIFI for the 2 weeks and the use of a safe in the apartment. The Apartment and Complex provided us with everything we needed and we felt like it was home away from home. It was a very safe and beautiful Complex. We were so so happy with Clube Alvor Ria that we hope as a family to return again next year. Paula was fantastic from the time we booked to arranging our Transfers to and from the airport and meeting us on the day we arrived to help us settle in and go through the accommodation with us. The whole experience was hassle free from booking it to arriving and our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and Alvor itself and one of the most amazing relaxing holidays we ever had. Perfect location - possibly the best in Alvor!

This apartment is on the ground floor at Clube Alvor Ria, directly overlooking the pool and out over the harbour area. If you haven't been to Alvor before then you would be well advised to book this apartment or another at Clube Alvor Ria - the location cannot be beaten for its closeness to the harbour, the restaurants and bars, the boardwalk and the beach. This was my second visit to Alvor in 7 months so I got to know a little about the geography of the town.

Paula's apartment is not only perfectly situated it's also perfectly set up with all you will need for a stay away from home, from a well stocked kitchen including freezer and microwave to a washing machine and dishwasher. Everything is clean and tidy and there is even a third bedroom with a sofabed (though it's not really given much of a mention in the description)!

The apartments on this development have dedicated sun loungers with apartment numbers written on them so there's no need to get up at the break of dawn to claim your loungers with towels. If only all the renters were informed of this fact - I had to explain the situation to one person who was sending their teenagers out each morning to claim our loungers. The poor lady was so embarrassed when I told her!

We had an excellent holiday and Paula went above and beyond to be helpful, organising my transfers to and from Faro airport, allowing storage of luggage on the last day and even making sure I didn't manage to return home without some t-shits I had forgotten to pack.

One of the best, most relaxing holidays I have ever had. My daughter said she wants to live there - I think she meant Alvor but the apartment is good enough to live in.

Note: if you expect British TV you will be disappointed. I wasn't there to watch TV so it didn't bother me at all. Also, when we stayed there was no safe to use - there was one but the lock had been removed for some reason.

Tip: pay the extra for the WiFi - the signal is strong and you can pick it up outside by the pool.

Heaven

Where do I start, the apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. 2 main bedrooms and a smaller one with a sofa bed which was big enough for our 15 year old nephew. The apartment was cleaned at the start of our 2nd week and is immaculately maintained throughout. Sunbeds on the big balcony, and more out at the pool area, they are all numbered for each apartment so there's no worrying about about being up early to make sure you get a bed. The location is perfect, right on the harbour and at the start of the town. The sun reaches the balcony just about 1500 which was perfect as we then had the sun till it set. The views are suberb, sitting watching boats leave and come back in again on the glistening water is so relaxing and the sunsets are really something else to see. The owner Paula is a lovely lady, only a phone call or email away. The beaches are the best we've ever been on, and the resuarants are fantastic, our particular favourites are Ruccula, Casa Do Ria and Vagabondo. There are 2 good supermarkets in town and both are very reasonably priced. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment last year, and hope to book the 2 bedroom again for next year as we come back for a family wedding.

You won't go wrong if you book this apartment.

Great apartment

The apartment at Clube Alvor Ria is beautifully situated, with harbour views and within minutes of the village and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace, and being on the ground floor, is near to the pool.

This was our second stay in this apartment, and there have been improvements made since we last stayed - new furniture, new aircon, wi-fi connection. Paula was extremely helpful in arranging our booking, giving early access, and making sure we were aquainted with the amenities. There is a dishwasher, washing machine - all mod cons.

I would not wish to stay anywhere else in Alvor - lovely apartment - smooth arrangements. Well satisfied .

This is a modern apartment, very well equipped, has beautiful views over the river and the complex's swimming pool. The location is the best in Alvor. The apartment is spacious apartment, furnished and equipded adequatellu for a pefect holiday. It has been refurbished this year. It offers a a lovely view and great sun exposure all over the year. The location of the apartment inside the condominium is fantastic and the condominum's location is superb.

Alvor's fine sand beach is only 200 metres away. The beach is one of the best of Portugal with 4 miles of white sand. On the east side of the beach there are beautiful rocks and coves.

Only 5 to 10 minutes drive there are a few golf courses such as Alto Golf, Penina Golf (Sir Henry Cotton Championship) and Morgado Golf (all of them with 18 holes).

Alvor's village is 50 mts away from Clube Alvor Ria and there you may find all kinds of shops, typical and international restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. 20 mts away there is a sports complex with heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a football field.

Portimão, the nearest town is 5 Km away, the historical city of Lagos is 15 Km away and Algarve's capital, Faro and the Algarve's International Airport are 65 Km away.

Golf: Within 5-10 minutes drive there are some Golf Courses (Alto Clube Golf, Penina Golf Course and Morgado Golf). About 30 minutes drive you may find Vilamoura with two Golf Courses, Vale do Lobo and Salgados Golf.
