Tolles Haus für Spaziergängen etc.

Das Haus ist nah am See gelegen. Die gesamte Gegend lädt zum spazieren ein oder zum Rad fahren. An den Herbstlichen Sonnentagen war es herrlich den Wald und die Wiesen um den See zu erkunden. Für die Kinder war der Spielplatz auf dem Gelände der tägliche Anlaufpunkt. Auch ein Basket-/Fußball Platz ist hier zu finden. Die nah gelegene Stadt Neustrelitz lädt zum Erkunden zu Fuß ein. Hier findet man auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die größeren Besorgungen. Für die täglichen Brötchen und die Packung Milch, gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen direkt in Userin, hier findet man das Nötigste für den Tag. Im Herbst 2023 war die Internetverbindung noch ein großes Problem (Mobiles Netz war LTE fähig), aber es lag neu verlegt Glasfaser im Haus, war aber noch nicht angeschlossen, also sollte das Problem im Jahr 2024 nicht mehr bestehen. Die restliche Technik (auch Herd, Micro Welle etc.) sind etwas älter, aber vollkommen ausreichend. (Ich zwingere hier grinsend den Röhrenfenseher im oberen Stockwerk mal weg, den kann und will ich nicht Ernst nehmen. Eher sehe ich ihn als Monument für vergangene Tage an.) Ein wirkliches Problem war die Sauberkeit, nur als Beispiel: wir haben sechs Socken (getragene) gefunden, unter dem Sofa, Betten etc. Das war ein Wermutstropfen der uns alle gestört hat. Im Gesamten gesehen war der Urlaub in Userin ein schöner Herbsturlaub und ich könnte mir einen weiteren Aufenthalt hier nochmals vorstellen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Toller Ort für einen gemütlichen Großfamilien-Aufenthalt

Es war sehr gemütlich in dem Haus am See, der semi-professionelle Fußballplatz hat vor allem unsere U-10-Fraktion begeistert (also unbedingt bei Interesse mit eigenem Fußball anreisen!) und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kleines Ferienhaus

Kleines Ferienhaus für kleine Gruppen ohne große Ansprüche. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten und ohne größeren Komfort. Dennoch kann man dort gut Urlaub machen und ist direkt am See.
