It is located within 3 minutes walking distance from the town centre (restaurants, shops, etc.) and from the Zell-am-See lake, and 5 minutes’ walking distance from the cable cars (Zeller Bergbahn) that will take you to the mountain / ski-slopes (Mittelstation).

On the 2nd floor (with lift) of this small (4 storey) and quiet apartment block, the flat has been redecorated in september 2014, and is well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, micro-wave oven, fridge-freezer, iron & ironing board, TV, Wifi). Sleeping arrangements:

- One large double bedroom, sleeps 2.

- One large double bedroom with additional sofa-bed, sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably.

- The living-room is fitted with 2 sofa-beds and can sleep 2 people comfortably (one person on each sofa-bed).

Great location

Great location and spacious and well equipped apartment. Perfect for 4 people. Really appreciated having basic provisions when we arrived late on the first night. Place was clean and welcoming and close to everything. Having a bath after a day's skiing was a bonus. We hope to return to Zell which is a wonderful town and will certainly look to rent this apartment again.

I would recommend putting larger signs alerting guest to the HOT WATER - it really is scalding hot.

Very spacious apartment in the centre of Zell am See that provides everything one needs for their summer or winter vacation. Car parking is limited outside but is available most of the time. Owners communication during and after booking was superb. I would definitely stay again.

Five star apartment

This apartment is in the center of the town. Everything is close shops, ski lifts , town.

Yon have wonderful view of the ski slopes from the apartment.

I will recommend this apartment to everyone and we will come again.

Apartment Sommer Zell am See

Very spacious, warm and comfortable apartment.

Great location, 5 mins walk to CityXpress lifts, a few minutes to centre of village. Directly across from Tirolerhof hotel.

Ski and boot storage (unheated) in cellar.

Free car parking outside.

DVD and CD player.

We were a group of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again.

The lake was frozen over and looked fab!

Only one tiny shortcoming in the apt: we would have loved to have Free Wi-Fi, as offered at some other properties. And maybe an iPod dock? (even a 50e one would do)

I received my apartment security deposit back from owner very quickly, by electronic banking.

Mandy and Agnes at the lettings agency were the best craic.

I recommend hiring your skis from them too, great gear and no queuing. Worth checking price at other stores online first, so you can haggle.

Spacious apartment during Christmas Holiday

We enjoyed this private spacious apartment in Zell am See. Big hall for all shoes, jackets, pram and everything you don't want to take into the living- or bedroom.

Nice living room with 2 big bedrooms, big enough for our 3 adults and 2 small kids. An extra adult would not have been a problem.

The big benefit is that you're on the edge of the centre and simply walk to all restaurants shops and the CityExpress Skilift. Unluckily no heated skiroom and a bit creapy place to store your skis. Because it is an private apartment complex people are quite strict on your ski shoes and equipment outside in the hall. If you stick to the rules they will not bother you and you will enjoy the surrounding very much!

Activity and Interests

There is so much to do and see in this beautiful region, all year round. Beside skiing down the local slopes, you can easily get to the Glemmtal resorts of Saalbach and Hinterglemm to the Northwest, while the village of Kaprun to the south provides access to year-round glacier skiing below the Kitzsteinhorn.

Also within reach there are two mountain reservoirs in the shadow of the Kitzsteinhorn. Another 'must see' is the stunning Krimml waterfalls. Some other popular attractions in the local area are: Grossglockner, Werfen Castle, Berchtesgaden Saltmines, Kitzbuhel, Salzburg.

In spring & summer, you can ski on the glacier in the morning, then sunbathe and swim in the crystal clear lake in the afternoon, making Zell-am-See a truly all year round destination.
