Living/dining room leads on to patio, includes corner sofa unit and puff which can change into double bed, TV with combined DVD Player & IPod Docking Station. Dining table with 4 chairs.

Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, washing machine, oven/hob & fridge with freezer compartment.

2 Bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds, bed linen & air conditioning.

Bathroom includes bath with shower over, wash basin & toilet.

Upper patio well shaded most of the year with table and chairs to seat 6. Lower patio contains two sun beds where you can enjoy the sun all year round.

Good size communal pool with extra sun beds to relax on.

Bath towels & beach towels are provided. There is also a hair dryer, iron & ironing board.

We can also offer airport transfers, mid holiday cleans and travel cot hire all at an additional cost.

Please note we do not rent to same sex groups or people under 25.

Perfect Stay

What a wonderful apartment. Very clean & great facilities.

No problems at all meeting up with the key holder who told us all we needed to know & visited us during our stay to make sure all was well.

Nice to be able to have such easy access & good view of the pool.

A short walk away to the Tomb of the Kings road for a variety of restaurants, bars & shops.

Buses every few minutes accross the Paphos area.

We did hire a car as the temperature was so hot while we were there that it was so much easier to get supplies & get out to Coral Bay & the water park with a young child who couldn't cope with walking in the heat.

Having said that we did also use the buses a couple of times.

The pool area & grounds are well maintained.

Would love to come back again.

Lovely apartment, great location

Just come back from a 10 day stay at this lovely apartment. The position of this apartment couldn't be any better, so close to the swimming pool & having it's own area where you can sunbathe is an added bonus.

Excellent communication with Emma the owner & site managers Shane & Bev very helpful.

A short cut behind the swimming pool takes you on to Tomb of the Kings Road within 3 minutes, where there are lots of bars & restaurants situated, plus bus route 615 which takes you to the harbour in one direction & coral bay in the other.

We really felt home and did not want to leave ;-)

After staying twice in Cyprus in all-in hotels, we wanted to try something different and also save money. Staying in this apartment enabled us to discover Paphos from a different angle, experience restaurants and local life almost as if we actually lived there. Having the pool just outside the apartment is great and having air conditioning AND fans really helped us cope with the heat, better than in the last hotel we stayed in. Someone takes care of the apartment and cleans after you leave. The nearest bus stop is on Tombs of the Kings avenue, but it's only 10 minutes walk or less and once in the bus, you get to the mall / harbour in a few minutes or you can go to Coral Bay in the other direction. We would definitely rent the apartment again, but maybe at a less warm time of the year ;-). PS: If you want to book a one-day coach trip, go to "Horizon" agency below "Sisyfos" restaurant, they're the cheapest we found.

Clean and comfortable - a bargain!

A clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in Paphos. Our children (7 and 9) especially liked the pool! The kitchen has all the utensils you need, the sofa in the living room is very comfy, the WiFi rock-solid. And all that at a bargain price. Absolutely recommended!

Note that the location of the appartment is at N34.774715 E32.413357, on Kato Pervolion Street. This is slightly off the location indicated on the map (at the time of this writing).

We purchased this property off my parents who have moved to a village just outside Paphos. We felt the apartment was in too good a location to let it go. We have had some great holidays there both before we had our children and with them.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos International Airport at 12 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Good choice of bars / pubs at 150 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Good choice of restaurants at 150 Metres Nearest Beach : at 300 Metres Car: not necessary

CyKing Village in Kato Paphos is the perfect location for a holiday. Peaceful and relaxing immediate surroundings but only 5 minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. There seems to be something for everyone in Paphos such as the popular Coral Bay Beach, the Water Park, Go-Karting, Golf Courses or if you prefer some culture there are the Ancient Mosaics and the Tomb of the Kings. Paphos harbour is a 15 minute walk with more restaurants and bars to choose from. Paphos Old Town is 5 minutes walk and still has the traditional street market. Buses run frequently along the main road but if you would prefer there are many car hire places to choose from. The property is 20 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
