About this property

Just 150 meters from a sandy beach in Privlaka, this luxury villa with pool "Luscinia" is situated. Villa is on two floors: on the ground floor is a spacious living room with sofa bed connected to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground also has one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and toilet in which there is a washing machine. On the floor are the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. Villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped wiht an air conditioning on the ground floor and two on the first floor. On the first floor guests have access to the balcony with a view of the nearby beach Škrapavac-one of teh most attractive tourist beach in Privlaka.
In front of the building there is a pool of 30 m2, with deck chairs. In the backyard is barbecue and parking for guests. In addition guests are available linen, towels and WiFi internet.
All other necessary facillties (shop, bakery, cafe, restaurant) are located only 150 meters from the fouse.

Schöne helle Räume mit schönem Ambiente. Ruhige Lage

Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch nahe zum Strand. Im Mai ist das Wasser zum Baden zu kalt aber wir genosssen es trotzdem sehr. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch allrs nötige ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut.
