About this property

Our home was built in 1998 and received a $400,000 plus renovation which was completed October 2016. Every bathroom was gutted to the studs, new kitchen, new pool, new hot tub, new roof, new picture window screened lanai, new ...... Even down to every baseboard, plug, wall switch, door knob and hinge. All furniture is also new and selected by top interior decorator in SW Fl.

Two stand up/sit down desks added 12/21 (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)

Three 65 inch hi definition TV's in living room, master bedroom and the upstairs sitting area. Each of the other 3 bedrooms have 50 inch flat screens.

Pool has a hot tub that easily fits 8 people with what is arguably the finest sunset view in Florida. Pool is easily operated by $2,500 Aqualink system with panel in living room.

New floating dock added for easy use of the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Every amenity provided including coolers, fishing rods, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and 5+ bicycles. You will not want to leave even to go to the BEACH!

PS: We ONLY Book thru VRBO so if ever asked to book directly do not wire or send any funds! We have seen recent Facebook scams and other Phishing attempts and simply don't want anyone to get burned! Also, the few Ian items (screen, dock lights, power wash) have all been completed and house is 110%!

Amazing Home on the Water

Just book it. You have come this far, trust me, book it. Beautiful home on the water. Great outside space, perfect for sunset barbecues. Amazing size bedrooms. Used the bikes a few times too which are very useful. Very helpful owner prior and during our stay. Will definitely be back.

Dear Mrs Murdoch Thank you for our stay in your lovely home on Marco Island, when we opened the door to your home we all said WOW!! a truly lovely home. we could not fault anything with the house and decor. The only downside I think you should know was with your management team, we arrived 7.00pm Friday and collected the keys from the box outside the office, when we pulled up outside the house there was a bad smell coming from the garbage bins, all three bins was full and one had maggots dropping from the lid. after the bins had been emptied on Wednesday I washed them and disinfected them. On Sunday I noticed the BBQ was tilted to one side on inspection one of the wheels had come off and the grill had not been cleaned since the last use it was in a very bad way, we found some tools in the garage and cleaned the unit and repaired the wheel. First thing Monday morning I went to the office and reported the problems. The downstairs bathroom sink waste plug was not attached to the lift handle, Sliding Door in main bathroom not working, waste disposable in kitchen sink not working (found the plunger in the garage and managed to clear the unit) They did send a maintenance man very quick he could not fix the bathroom sink and would be back next day to sort things out. He never came back and no one from the management team called in for the whole two weeks. It would have been good to had someone call in and orientate us with the working of the house. On check out at the office I asked the lady to report to you of the above and that I would be writing to you. Im sorry for the long gripe but I thought you should know. On leaving our wife's done the laundry and tided up as we found the house, thanks again for a truly wonderful visit. We are all going to miss the evenings outside on the dock watching that sunset. Everything you need!

This house is exactly like the description on the Vrbo website. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, all of the bedrooms, very comfortable, plenty of towels and bicycles! Everything you needed for the beach, such as chairs and umbrellas and coolers and toys. The views were fantastic in the evening at sunset and in the morning. Whoever decorated this home, created a tasteful, relaxing environment for vacationers.

Family Getaway

This house was the perfect stay for us and our adult children. Everyone had privacy, but plenty of space to gather as a family too. The amenities were fantastic, including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and we were so impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the property. We highly recommend!

$400,000 renovation completed in October 2016. Everything and I do mean every single thing is NEW! Beds are top of the line, pool/hot tub feature best views on Marco and the sunsets are to die for.

What makes this property unique

The views from our home are literally some of the finest in Florida. During the day you have a quarter mile of open water. At night, you have all of the high rises along the beach lighting up the horizon. It is the best of both worlds! We face West so the back of the house captures the essence of every sunset perfectly. as you enjoy a swim in the pool, a dip in the hot tub, fishing from the lite dock or a cold beverage to end a perfect day!

The house sits on Landmark Bay (the largest open and deepest body of water within Marco Island) so there is no house looking in at you. Complete privacy out the back.!
