A place to create memories! This Holland lake house offers stunning lake views by day, breathtaking sunsets by night, and all of the comforts of home around the clock. Private steps with two landings lead to a pristine beach where you can enjoy a good book, body surf on a wave, or head out for a walk.

The spacious shaded backyard hosts beautiful hardwood trees and a wide back deck with two picnic tables which are perfect for family dinners, a hand of cards, or respite from the sun.

Inside the main floor, open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, and living room area. A private office area and bathroom are also found on this floor. The upper level consists of a large master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. The lower level provides an additional bathroom and bedroom as well as a rec room.

Extras such as an outside shower, a gas grill, washer/dryer, a master bath jacuzzi hot tub, wifi, and an elevator that runs through the entire house, offer guests the complete comforts of home.

Beach chairs, sand toys, kayaks, and a paddle board are available for renter use.

This is a great property for family and friends to connect and make memories together.

Holland MI Beach Stay

We were in love with this beach front house especially the beautiful private lawn overlooking Lake Michigan. We loved the stay, the area and using the bbq out back. This is a great find for Lake Michigan.

Great Vacation!!

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and accurately described. The beach was wonderful!! I had communications with the owner and responses were quick and efficient. The owners were helpful with ideas for restaurants, activities and attractions. The 105 stairs to the beach was good exercise! We had plenty of toys, everything you need for beach and family fun. The only down side was inconsistent wifi connections throughout the house (could probably be remedied by a mesh router) but we were happy to unplug. Thanks for a beautiful location which made for a wonderful vacation!
