Condo was as advertised. Everything about the Condo from other reviewers is correct. 206 Palm Beach was spacious, comfortable and had everything you would need for an outstanding vacation.

Vickie was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property manager, Lou was also very helpful and fun to get to know. The condo was immaculate (thanks Nessie) and well thought out. From beach towels, soap, dishwear...etc it was truly turn key. All staff were helpful and courteous, and security was fantastic (thanks Adolphes and Rodney). Finally, Barbados and the people of Barbados are truly wonderful.

We will visit again and plan to stay at Palm Beach when we do.

Excellent base for Barbados adventures

The property was exactly as described. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and a number of restaurants within a short walking distance. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are courteous. We rented a car so the gated off street parking was a real advantage. Vicki was responsive to all of our questions and her local contact was also helpful. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to acquaintances considering travel to Barbados.

Pictures Don't Do Justice

The pictures cannot begin to detail the beauty and peacefulness of this unit. The furniture is comfortable and immediately sets a calm and relaxing tone throughout the condo. The verandah feels bigger than shown. A full eight setting table is comfortably set amongst a double chaise lounge, four seat conversation set and lounge benches with the best view in the complex. The sun rises and sets without disturbing, or baking, those on the verandah, yet comfortably lights up the space.

The kitchen has every utensil, pot, and appliance necessary to create five course meals at any time. If you are not so adventurous there are several restaurants within walking distance or an inexpensive and pleasant cab ride away. Some wonderful examples are Lobster Alive, live jazz and live lobsters on hand and Tapas for on the water and open air exquisite dining.

The condo complex offers safety and easy access to anything you wish. The island is full of friendly people and adventure at whatever level you wish to partake. But, there is never a reason to leave if you want to just relax and enjoy the view and amenities all day long. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone of any age as you will have the best time possible.

Our expectations were more than met. Plush accommodations. Great location, nearby Tapas, Ma Ma Mia, 39 steps and boardwalk. Nearby Accra beach and Amaryllis for fun, safe swimming.

Fabulous and luxurious

What a great find! The location was perfect for us - we could easily walk to the dive shop at the Hilton each day (12-15 minute walk). There were lots of restaurants nearby although we ventured a ways out for most dinners but it was relatively quick to get to Bridgetown (10 mins) and south coast restaurants (about 20 mins to Oistins). Favourite restaurant was Champers - 2 km east along the south coast.

The condo is within a gated area with security so it felt very safe and it seemed to be a very safe part of the island anyhow. It's located off the main road which means you don't get the road noise. There is both an elevator and stairs to get up to the 1st floor.

The deck is huge with comfortable chairs and chaises, and a ceiling fan. And of course you can see and hear the ocean from the deck which is lovely. Everything is well kept and clean. The manager had purchased some kitchen staples for the fridge before we arrived which was much appreciated. The kitchen is quite large and has anything you could want for if you're up for cooking. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Idyllic home from home

This lovely spacious apartment overlooks the peaceful landscaped gardens and pool which lead directly onto the beach. It is immaculate, beautifully furnished and has every thing you need for a fabulous relaxing holiday.

The beauty of it is the size of the apartment. The balcony is huge with copious seating including a large dining table for alfresco meals.

Air conditioning is ultra efficient and overall it is outstanding

The nearby restaurants are excellent and it is only a ten minute drive from Bridgetown. The nearby Tapas restaurant is right on the beach and was one of our favourites. The Waterside in nearby Bridetown is the place to be on a Thursday evening where you can listen to live Dixieland Jazz whilst eating. We also ate at The Fish Pot, (the other side of Bridgetown) Cobblers Cove and The Atlantis, all highly reccomended.

  • Maid service is flexible. Price includes a maid for two half days each week. Maid will work to her own cleaning and linen replacement routine but will also be happy to comply with any reasonable guest requests. An arrival welcome pack is provided which contains; tea, coffee,juice, milk, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, initial soap, initial toilet paper, dishwasher liquid and tablets. A Brita filtered water jug is provided, although tap water is of excellent quality. There is wheelchair access right to the apartment front door. There is however a 5 inch step up to enter apartment.
