10 minutes from the brand new waterpark, Island H2O Live!This recently remodeled townhouse has 3 ensuites, is beautifully decorated, has a refreshing splash pool, and a great conservation view.

Windsor Palms is a very desirable resort community and only minutes from Disney Worlds front gate. Windsor Palms features include: a guard at the gate 24/7, Olympic size heated community pool, fitness center, game room, tennis court, volley ball, internet cafe, and a 60 seat movie theater. Convenient to I-4, the new 429, shopping, golf and restaurants. Your friends and family will be impressed with the relaxed atmosphere of the community.

Enjoy your own private splash pool after a long day at the parks. Pool heat is an extra charge.

Our home is located walking distance to the community club house.

The clubhouse has games, a theater, community store and a huge outdoor pool a fitness enter and a hot tub.

Relax and enjoy the comforts of home after a long day in the Orlando area.

Well appointed and clean property in a convenient location.

We found this property to be clean and well appointed and in a very convenient location for the Disney Parks. The neighbourhood was quite and well maintained. The only slight negative was the pool area where several of the bricks in the floor were loose and could benefit from a little TLC. Other than this the property was excellent.

Excellent

This is a very nice property - clean, comfortable and spacious. I loved the location as it is literally 15-20 mins from Disney World but still manages to be quiet and relaxing. The resort itself is well maintained with very good services. I will certainly be looking at this property again the next time we come to Kissimmee.

Just a place to sleep

The property needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards are very dirty, and there property has a bad ants problem. We left a donut box and within hours it was covered with ants. We also payed for the heater to be tu red on and even paid the additional fee. When we arrived the spool, tiny pool was 63 degrees as measured by the cleaning lady who was still supposedly cleaning way after our checking time. Emailed to have the pool turned on and was told they would turn it on, and they never did. Would not stay here again.

Nice Neighborhood

Overall the place was as described. Just note that for a stay of more than a few days you will need to provide your own toilet paper and soap. Not a big deal as long as you have time to get to a store. We didn’t spend a lot of time on site as we were busy visiting the parks. It was fine for us to land and have a place to sleep.
