Two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with large, sunny and cosy terrace in Las Sabinas de Carib playa residential complex, located at the beachside next to the dunes of Artola and Cabopino harbor. This amazing flat is only 500m from the beach, 10 minutes drive from Marbella old city.

Fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and laundry facilities. Two bedroom with each own bathroom. One bathroom with bath and shower, the other bathroom with shower only. Toilets in both bathrooms. Large living room with flatscreen TV.

This 120 Sq meters PENTHOUSE has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, two terraces on the level of the appartement plus a big 40m2 private terrace upstairs with a private jacuzzi, gated swimming pool and garage.

The PENTHOUSE is located in Las Sabinas de Carib Playa residential Complex, close to the beachside, next to the dunes of Artola and Cabopino harbor.

Lovely apartment with sea views
This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable. We stayed during a hot period in July and the air conditioning was very effective. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The roof terrace has lovely views although some of the parasols and furniture on the balconies is showing it's age (and the rigours of being outside in the Costa del Sol summer!) There is a convenient car parking space in the basement car park - I would recommend having someone guide you into the car park the first few times as it's a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, a recommended holiday let, the owner and local agents are helpful and communicate very well.

Fabulous apartment
We had a fabulous, relaxing break in this lovely apartment. The owner was great, responding to all our questions promptly & even allowed us an early check in on arrival. Check in was straightforward & the apartment was super clean & had everything we needed. We spent lots of time in the shared pool, which we invariably had to ourselves. The roof terrace was amazing & we ate most of our meals on the cosy balcony terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment is in a quiet residential area a short walk from the beach. The closest area of the beach is rocky in places but we took a very short walk along the shore to a spot where we could body board safely. There’s a bar right on the beach serving food & drinks & they do a mean gin & tonic! Just the thing to finish off a day on the beach whilst watching the sun go down. The area was perfect for us, away from the really busy tourist spots. There’s a great supermarket within walking distance & another larger store just a 5 minute drive away. Döss restaurant is recommended for a lovely meal in the evening. We took fabulous day trips to Tarifa & Rhonda - both of which are recommended. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect Spaciuos Apartment
We have had a great week here. 6 guests, plenty of room and areas to relax in. Spotless and all home comforts provided. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood . Beautiful apartment. We had no car but were able to explore by bus , 10 minute walk to beach .

Excellent location, walking distance to the sea.
Modern and large 2 bed apartment with a roof terrace. The kitchen was well equipped and complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. TV and Wi fi both worked well, no problems. There is a supermarket a 15 min walk away which is open 7 days a week and also on public holidays. It was easy to catch the bus to Fuengirola or Marbella a 10 min walk from the apartment. We found parking in Marbella extremely difficult and were happy to use public transport. The owner was extremely helpful and was prompt to respond.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet area
This apartment was as good as the photographs looked. The sun terrace on the roof was ideal for us for both sun-bathing and cooking / eating outside. Facilities in the apartment were also great with a dish-washer, washing machine, iron, air-conditioning etc. We did not have a car during our stay but there is a small supermarket nearby and a few quiet bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Overall we loved the apartment but would prefer a better choice of local bars.

Belgian based architect that likes to travel. Coming to this area in Marbella already for several years on holiday and really in love with the neighborhood. Purchased the apartment in 2017 after falling in love immediately with it on holiday the year before.

Why they chose this property

A very nice, big apartment with modern furniture. It is at walking distance to the beach, no need to cross a big road. The rooftop terrace is one of the absolute advantages of the apartment, its fantastic to spend the evenings there.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood is located at the beachside with beach, restaurants, .. at walking distance. No need to cross big roads. Golf and other leisure activities are close. The apartment is in a small complex of less then 30 apartments, that in combination with the rooftop terrace gives the feeling of being in a private villa with the advantages of an apartment. There is a lot of privacy on the terrace. The whole interior, appliances etc are renewed in 2017, so it feels like you are in a brand new apartment.
