One bedroom & kitchenette, Air Condition apartment fully furnished.

This beautiful self-contained fully furnished apartment, located in a very quiet, green and breezy environment in the north of the island. The property is ideal for clients with access to a vehicle so that they can move around the area with ease.

Please note: Access to a vehicle is strongly recommended because of distance from the main highway ( 20 minutes walking and 2 minutes driving)

client also enjoys view of the ocean and green mountains. We have a large kitchen, living room , bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is .semi-detached from the main house, so the client can contact the owner anytime during his/her stay.

The apartment come with the following:
Air condition, Hot and cold water; large Kitchenette, Ceiling fans & cable; internet; WIFI and balcony and porch. We provide clean bed sheets and pillow cases. We also place iron and board in the apartment.

Important:

Only bottom floor apartment is available.

Televisions are not provided in the rooms. However, excellent WI-FI is available on property for free.

The client does not have to share kitchenette or anything else with anyone. They are all self-contained, meaning they have their own amenities.

Please note: Access to a vehicle is strongly, and strongly recommended.

Very friendly service by the proprietor. Highly recommended, however use of a vehicle is advised as the location is a bit of a walk (at least 15 minute walk) from the main town of Gros Islet. An advantage is that one has privacy and peace of mind in this location from which there is a wonderful view of Cas En Bas beach.

Excellent landlord and beautiful apartment
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in one of Trevor's apartments. It was brilliant, and Trevor looked after us. Very friendly and helpful when we needed fresh towels and bed linen he was always very quick to respond. Kind regards, Natalie and Aaron (the newly weds)

Trevor is an excellent host. Extremely friendly, accommodating and he works with his guests like they are family. He took me grocery shopping, dropped me off at and picked me up from the stadium per my convenience, arranged an island tour for me, etc. Simply the best! The one thing that could improve is the condition of his property. At least the cottage I stayed in looked run down with cracks on the walls, no AC, a not so pleasant odour in the living room (likely due to minimal ventilation) and several bugs like roach, spiders etc. Also, there was a lot of dust (and that was not pleasant given my dust allergies). Due to the above, I did not enjoy my stay despite Trevor being such an outstanding host. Once the cottage is beefed up, it will be a more pleasurable experience staying there, I am sure.

This property interest me because it is located in a very quiet and breezy environment. It also reminds me of the countryside , with its beautiful green mountain views. It is never warm there, always breezy and cool.

Not many neighbours. House is on a gentle slop which ensure privacy from passersby.
