The condo itself is beautifully decorated 2br.2bth with a screened in lanai offering panoramic views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes ,cutlery,coffee machine and boasts stainless steel appliances and corian counters. There is a covered parking spot. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet and full ensuite. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and there is another full bathroom adjacent to the Guest bedroom.The lanai is screened in and has a comfortable place to relax. Amenities include, 27 hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, 7 pools and a beautiful clubhouse.

Nice location! Very nice condo outfitted with everything necessary to live comfortably. Very homey! Host responded instantly to any questions. We would recommend to family and friends!

Home away from home.

We thourghly enjoyed our 2 month stay. Rusty's condo was comfortable and well equiped even including an air fryer. We were impressed with the friendliness of everyone we met whether at the pool or on the golf course. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect home away from home!

Beginning with our search for a place to stay in Naples, our communication with Rusty was so easy. His home has everything we needed. The king and queen beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental unit and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We hope to rent from him again, but it may be difficult. It’s a popular place! Thanks for everything, Rusty!

it’s further than I wanted it to be , no beach chairs no cable T V in living room , and not to many people staying there , pool was empty , would have liked a little more atmosphere. , also only a few towels and door kept coming off in laundry

Great location, unable to eat at country club because we didn't have membership transfer from owner.

Owner needs to manage property. No light bulbs to repair burned out bulbs. The LED bulbs last longer better light. No beach chairs were available.
