The apartment is 60m2 and is situated in a gated, private and beautifully landscaped garden setting. There is a large swimming pool within the complex, exclusively for use by the residence of the apartments, and we also have our own secure private parking space, both of which you would have the free use of while staying at the apartment.
The apartment is south facing, very sunny & bright and has a large terrace ( 14m2 ) from which there are stunning views across Villefranche Bay, of the sea, coastline, and the mountains behind.
There is an elevator in the building.
The bedroom has a double bed, a large purpose wardrobe, bedside tables etc.
The lounge area is very spacious (24m2) with all the comforts you would expect.
There are two leather double bed pullout sofas in the lounge area.
There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and dining either in the apartment or on the terrace.

The apartment is just five minutes walk down to the nearest beach / marine, and a further five - seven minutes walk along the castle sea wall which has beautiful views across the bay to Cap De Ferrat will bring you to the Old Town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, the small fishing port and the long sandy beach which is great for swimming for young and old.The Old Town offer a great selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Perfect Stay

Originally wanted a pool, strong wifi in Nice for 3 adults in separate sleeping areas, but there was nothing left in Nice. Villefranche is just round the corner and the view and apartment looked perfect we went with Alex's apartment.I'm so glad we did. Alex was very helpful in booking and Sandra the local agent very kindly signed us in near midnight. The apartment was lovely for us two adults and adult son who had a sofa bed in the lounge. Nice spacious clean apartment. Comfy beds, we were a little surprised there was no basic hand soap in the bathroom but that was easily remedied next day when we also bought teabags and milk and basic groceries at the small Casino supermarket down the road.There was such a great view of the port and the comings and goings of luxury yachts in the bay. We spent many an evening drinking rose and watching the view. There were also several firework displays with a ringside view from our balcony. The pool was great and shared with other residents of the private Residence. Location of the apartment buildings is set back from a main road so there is no road noise. You can walk into town down the hill but the heat meant we used the bus back. You also take the steps on the opposite side of the road to the Darse port where there is a reasonable cafe for Croissants or a meal and a bit further on is the Darse beach which is great for swimming. Villefranche itself is lovely with a buzzy restaurant life in the old town leading to the bay. We will return.

Great stay

This apartment is very comfortable. Big balcony with fantastic view. Great location within walking distance of town centre with bus stops virtually outside for trips to Monaco, Cap Farrat and Nice. Sandra, the property manager was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place

The apartment is in a great location with magnificent views. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Everything was in perfect shape, very clean and a nice host. We can highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Even better than the photos

Such a picture perfect view, this is a really comfortable and well-equipped apartment, we never wanted to leave. Transport in and out to the airport and surrounding towns is super easy and close by. The best restaurants are just a stroll away, we would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back.

Unbelievable views and lovely Apartment

This is very spacious (much larger than we thought from the photos) and well appointed apartment, with an unbelievable aspect and view over the entire bay. As I write this I am on the terrace and the evening sun beautifully defines Cap Ferrat and the port below. Very secure and a huge pool in the apartment complex too. Either of 2 bus routes outside the front entrance take you to Nice in 10 minutes or in other direction to Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu of Monaco. Bus every 10-15 mins and €1.50 per trip! I didn't need a car and used bus and some UBER rides to navigate. There is a set of steps across the street to the Darse Port below ( sign says Privé but they are not. Lovely walk down steps and across the waterfront of the old citadel to the Restaurant hub of the Old Port (10-15 mins)
