Beautiful top-floor 3 bedroomed and 3 bath/shower roomed apartment in wood and stone, with Miele appliances in the kitchen, underfloor heating, dimmer lighting and views with a balcony. Ideally located in the centre.
Beautiful top-floor apartment with views near main ski lifts with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms in local stone and wood. There is a fourth bedroom for extra guests. Sleeps 6-8 people. Very central and convenient in the centre of town less than one minute from Place Central. Great views and a balcony. New Miele kitchen, steam oven, oven, dishwasher etc. There is underfloor heating. Enquire about low prices In Jan/April. Sunday to Sunday rentals in April. It sleeps 6 comfortably and there is a private fourth bedroom for extra guests leading off the last bedroom, but this fourth bedroom has restricted ceiling height.
Fresh Linen provided and towels.
5 minutes walk to main ski lifts (Medran.) Or bus stop right by the apartment if you prefer not to walk in ski boots.

There is an excellent spa in the building (Spa by Valmont), though you need to pay separately for these facilities and treatments.
Downstairs : Door off the inside entrance so that downstairs can be closed off separately to upstairs. Downstairs there is a large lounge and dining area with Miele kitchen, steam oven etc and underfloor heating throughout. There is a balcony and great views. There is a day bed in the lounge and dining area where an additional person can sleep comfortably. The master bedroom is also downstairs (off the lounge) with a small en-suite bathroom (with views of the mountains from the bath), balcony and views.
An additional shower room, toilet and small basin with a full-length mirror off the entrance.
The additional 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people, but there are mattresses available to sleep 2-3 more people in the "fourth bedroom" with restricted ceiling height (total 9 beds, though 9 is tight).
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds pushed together with velux window and another south facing window with views over the mountains. Spacious with a cupboard and small sitting area.
Bedroom 3: One double bed (that can be used as a single). This bedroom is small with standing space and cupboard space.
Bedroom 4: This is an additional bedroom leading off the third bedroom to accommodate extra guests (2 single adult mattresses).The sleeping area is private and behind a dividing wall. There is restricted ceiling height in this fourth bedroom.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has access to a separate bathroom/shower room. In each bath or shower room there is a toilet.
Skiing for all levels (highest lift: 3300m).
No need for a car as supermarkets, restaurants, ski-shops, post office, banks and main lifts are minutes away.
There is a small unallocated parking bay outside to use by arrangement.
One Minute from Farm Club and 2 minutes from Farinet (,but quiet.)
Just under 2 hours drive from Geneva airport and easy transport links. Close to Chamonix, Zermatt, Megeve and other resorts in the Swiss Alps.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of verbier and close to the lifts (5 minutes walk. Or a bus-stop is right there if you prefer a bus ride to the ski lift.) It is also right by all the restaurants, nightlife and shops. However it is not noisy (like some of the louder places on place centrale.) The number of people can be more flexible if your group is not sure about numbers. Because it is a top-floor apartment, it benefits from beautiful views and a sunny balcony. There is a good ski-hire shop and great coffee shop right outside the apartment and a very beautiful spa in the building.
Half the rent immediatly and the other half one month in advance of the rental start date or sooner.
I can only reserve the property once the first half is deposited in my account.
There is also an 800 pound security and key deposit that I will return to you once the keys are returned and once I ve checked you have left the apartment as you found it (a separate cheque is preferred for this.)
Perfectly located chalet apartment, really homely. Will definitely go back.
Kids loved the rooms upstairs and we loved the fact that we had our own suite downstairs.
The location of the apartment is really superb. It is a few steps from place centrale, making it very easy to get home following a night out. Getting to the ski slopes is equally easy on foot or with the bus.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities and equipment. It is homely and comfortable.
The host was very responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions and made extra effort to ensure we enjoyed our visit as first timers to the resort.
We will definitely go back and stay here again.
This is the perfect Verbier apartment. Located directly in the center of town, 5 min walk to Medran lift, with all the restaurants, bars, and nightlife right there. The apartment is beautiful, with comfortable sleeping arrangements (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) to suit your group. High end appliances, great wood accents, and views that are spectacular. Kim (owner) is extremely responsive and helpful in every way, and a true pleasure to work with. The apartment is better than the pictures can even show. If you are coming to Verbier, this is the perfect apartment.
