Our home is in a small characteristic village, called 'Luciano' in the hills of Versilia, just 15 minutes from the sea of Viareggio with its sandy beaches. It has lovely views over the surrounding countryside
to the sea. The house can accommodate 6 people and one baby and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one toilet.
There is a very large kitchen with a stone fireplace,a large terrace,which is partly covered, and garden.
Independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, TV,dishwasher.

It's a magical place immersed in greenery but near shops,markets,sea promenade with restaurants, bars, cafes, pizzerias etc.

Rustic retreat between beach and mountains.

A charming tuscan house with beautiful views over the coast line. Lucia the owner was very helpful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Despite the heat the house was cool and being in the hills kept breeze blowing through.

spacious and well equipped

This is a large house on 4 levels. It is well equipped with furniture and utensiles. The host is very friendly. The access with car is a little difficlt and it takes half an hour driving to get to beach.

Cosy house with the best panoramic sunset views

Nice and well-equipped house with a beautiful panoramic view. Only 15 min. by car to the beach of Viareggio.Very nice owners. Own parking by house and cosy garden. The village is very calm and charm. Shopping possibility nearby. A welcome pack for preparing ilalian spaghetti was a nice surprise from Lucia. The location of the house allows to visit the famous cities of Tuscany because of the quick conection to the higway. Recomended for: Family with children, Hiking, Sightseeing, Romantic vacationes, Nature lovers.

Plenty of Space and Great View

The house is well-equipped and spacious (for a family of five) and the view is great. Getting into the parking place near the house the first time can be a bit of a challenge. We tended to use the beach in Torre del Lago, which is about 25 mins by car. Fam. Walsh, Germany. Lucia was most helpful whenever needed.

10 perfect weeks

This old Italian house was perfect to spend our long holiday. There was everything we needed. We came by our own car from Finland and it was nice to have own parking place near the house. The garden and the yard are cosy and spacious. Panorama is exellent and beautiful, you can find nice walking and hiking routes nearby. If we needed something, owners were always kind and helpfull. Thank you Lucia, we would recommend your house any time!!!!!

I am Lucia, 60 years old. I am married with Piero and I have 2 children....Dario, 27 years old and Diana 25 years old. We are the owners of an appliance store and electronics in Viareggio, the city where we live. In winter we spend our weekend in this beautiful house.

Why they chose this property

Because it's a magic place. For many years I looked for a house with sea view and this had a spectacular view. The house is typically Tuscan, and the small village has a special atmosphere and a great quiet. All the windows of the house have sea views.The house was built in 1892 ..... and I love old things !!!
