Originally from Bern in Switzerland, I have always aspired to own a cabin in the mountains, recalling me of my motherland.
Finally, I found the cutest cabin, which I metamorphosed into a typical Swiss Chalet. I live in Los Angeles and mostly La Quinta, but when I need to be in nature, this is the site to transpire. I relish the ambiance and scene of Big Bear with its many possibilities as skiing, hiking, water sports, and fishing.

Why they chose this property
We have been looking to find a cabin for numerous years and were looking for A-Frame style with tall ceilings and lots of character and an open floor plan, and there it was!!!
The glass wall in the two-story living room embraces the outside and pulls in nature to the most extensive.

What makes this property unique
The deciding factor was the architecture of the A-Frame style log home with its two-story living room, a large deck and views and especially the central location of 'UPPER Moonridge' with its proximity to the ski slopes, the lake, and several hiking trails.
