Luxury one bedroom bright and airy first floor apartment. Sleeps four comfortably. It is one of 30 apartments in a private gated condominium with secure underground parking. It has its own balcony with table and chairs which over looks the large landscaped gardens and pool area with a panoramic view to the sea. There is also a large roof terrace space for sunbathing, relaxing and eating. The apartment has air-conditioning for those hot summer days and for heat in the cool winter evenings. UK Television (Guaranteed), DVD player, etc. is also included. Suitable for all ages. The walled condominium area itself is safe and secure for children.

Fantastic view

Lovely apartment. Very quiet and relaxing. Good location for walking to beaches. Nearest are Costelo and Evaristo. Also short walk to the long golden beaches of Gale and Salgados

We will miss watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Clean and comfortable

This property is exactly like the pictures, it was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and is competitively priced.

It is situated within a very safe complex, and as well as the pool, there is also a large sun terrace.

The sunsets from the property are amazing.

All enquiries were responded to very quickly by Karen the owner.

A lot of restaurants are within walking distance (Angie's Place is a great little place - friendly people and Wilson makes a great cocktail!!).

You don't need a car as the property is well located:

The two beaches visited - Praia do Evaristo and Praia do Castelo are about a 15 minute walk - these beaches are next to each other, and cafes/restaurants/toilets are there too.

There is a red hop-on-hop-off bus that stops nearby (bus stop is about a 6 minute walk away) - stop No. 14. A 24 hour pass for this is 18EUR - you can get longer passes if you wanted. The first bus gets to this stop at around 10:55ish give or take. There is a bus then every 40 minutes. A round trip takes about 2 hours.

Albufeira Marina, is approximately 45 minute walk. Alternatively, the hop-on-hop-off bus stops there.

A taxi to Algarve Shopping is about 11EUR each way.

I would definitely recommend doing a Caves & Coastline tour. AlgarExperience are good. It was a 3 hour trip for 26EUR. They will pick you up from the No. 14 hop-on-hop-off bus stop near the property.

Excellent holiday at 26 Baia Village

We enjoyed our stay in this excellent apartment , very well equipped however Satelite TV would help even if we could have contributed to the card, the village was very nice, secure and easy to visit the Algarve in general, very good restaurants around , we would like to return in the future , Karen and Nicky were very helpfull ,

excellent apartment in great location

We came to this apartment after staying in a hotel for 3 days which we hated. This apartment is excellent and looks as good in the pictures as it does in person. It is very clean and has lovely roof top views, we would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a modern apartment close to the beach and some lovely restaurants, would recommend 'Jompra' and the tapas restaurant.

Clean, comfortable, lovely position and quiet

We have had a lovely stay here, probably the best equipped apartment we have stayed in over the years. It's the little things that make a difference. The complex was so clean and well maintained too. Was very quiet so if you want company may not be for you. The area is beautiful, we didn't stray far from our new favourite beach -castello but if you want to go further afield try some of the beaches around porches. Nice to have a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Having the Internet was great but buffering for tv not ideal. Just as well I didn't want to watch the football😂😂 beautiful sunsets sitting on the balcony with a g&t. Oh well back to work later!

fantastic quiet getaway

fantastic apartment that had everything we required. the complex was beautiful and well maintained just perfect. amazing restaurants within walking distance (jompra) and the most amazing people run angies place ( a cocktail is a must). don't hesitate book today you wont regret it and we cant wait to go back to baia village. thanks Karen for all your help and prompt responses to all our questions
