Ant infested

We were switched from our original property 1 week prior to traveling, they told us the original house was sold but 14357 sun bay drive orland property was an upgrade. We arrived the bathroom had been cleaned but there was still tooth paste onnthe counter, and black mould in the corners of the shower in the on suite bathroom. We noticed we had an ant infestation in the kitchen and advised thd property manager they tryed to spray so home depot insecticide but that didn't work, after a week of talking with them it finally took an ultimatum to send a externator or find us a new property, they finally sent an exterminator. The pool area was in a state of neglect & disrepair, cobwebs everywhere, holes in the screen and weeds growing through the interlock. This was our 1st and last experience with VRBO we would never recommend this to anyone 😔

Nice neighborhood and responsive owners

The house had all the amenities you need. The newly remodeled kitchen is nice. The pool was great and the pool heat was perfect. Owners responded quickly. Blinds in bedrooms need replacing as well as beds in twin rooms and front bedroom are uncomfortable. It would’ve been nice if a broom and/or vacuum was available during our stay. Overall we had a great vacation in this home!

Quiet and clean place

The property was really clean and the location was great. No noise at night and it felt safe. I would stay again. I do have a few recommendations: 1. Please fix the beds. All the beds made noise as soon as you lie on them. I'd wake up half the house just getting up. 2. The televisions had issues with the remote controls. You should put some that work. Apart from that, we were satisfied.
