Approximately 1450 square foot air conditioned home with vaulted ceiling located in quiet cul-de-sac. Ceramic tile and wood flooring. Double wide driveway.
Landscaping around pool with several palm trees to give you that tropical feeling. 6' privacy fence lined by trees.
There is a RING doorbell camera upon arrival and an easy access panel. Master Bedroom has King bed, flat screen TV, private bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has Queen Bed with flat screen TV. Third bedroom with Queen bed.
Living Room has a 70" flat screen TV with cable. Wireless broadband, secured.
Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, stove, large refrigerator with ice and filtered water on door, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Washer & dryer to freshen your linens as often as you like. Breakfast table.
The pool is heated with an electric heater in the cold months.

Great place to stay!

Not sure I want to say how lovely this place is as I want to come back some day soon and don't want it to be fully booked! Where to start, the pictures were true to the property so no unpleasant surprises on arrival! The beds were comfortable. Great to stay somewhere where there are some basic supplies in the kitchen. The pool was fantastic, it was hard to get the kids out of it to go off to explore the area! Patty was great to deal with, she answered emails promptly, a pleasure to deal with! One day we will come back!

Perfect Girls Trip

Patty's home was perfect for our girls'weekend away!! We could not get enough of the backyard area and pool. Everything was clean and well-stocked. It met our needs perfectly and Patty was super responsive any time I reached out the her. The home was close to the beach and an easy drive to downtown. Would absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you!

Storm door falls off because it was installed with finish nails.

The house was nice..the location was great. The storm door fell off..not forced off and I saw it was installed with galvanized finish nails. I have photos because I knew this was going to be a wayvto charge me for fixing the door. If the door was installed properly with proper screws which is how you install any door we would not be having this question. I didn’t know I have to have a home inspection before I rent a home from vrbo. Not pleased with this at all.
