IMPORTANT DETAILS
MINIMUM AGE
Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.
GARBAGE
Guests are responsible for adhering to city-enforced garbage routines, including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay.
NOISE ORDINANCE
It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.
PRIVATE RESIDENCE
This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
PARKING:
Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car.
PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a few locked closets with owner supplies; these are the only spaces that will be off-limits to all guests.

This spectacular home is located only a few blocks from pristine Deerfield and Hillsboro beach on a charming street. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and other activities are a walk, bike ride, or short drive away and within 2 miles you will find grocery stores and retail to fulfill all your needs. The home is a 45 minute or less drive from Fort Lauderdale International and West Palm Beach International airports and approximately 1.5 hours from Miami International. Within a 30-minute driving radius, you can find virtually everything you are looking for whether it be relaxation, casino's, arts and entertainment, sporting events, and more. Marina's are only a few minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing. This location offers something for everyone!
