If you are seeking somewhere special, far from the madding crowd, with the luxury of your own large pool in a very nice location, then this is the perfect choice. Can Reus is a new house which has been lovingly built and furnished by the owners and it is so much more than a holiday home. It is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less than 10 minute driving from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafés, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible. The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished mixing traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style. As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through the evening.

Lovely family friendly villa in quiet countryside

We had a lovely week at Can Reus, with some end of season sunshine. The villa was very clean on arrival, when we were greeted by the friendly owners, Jaime & Cati, who were very helpful and provided a generous welcome pack. The kitchen was well equipped, with some useful children's cutlery & plates etc, and the rest of the villa was very family friendly with several games & toys, along with the play area outside, which was all a bonus with a 5 year old and 22 month old. The villa is in a very quiet rural setting but only a 5 minute drive to the nearest Eroski supermarket & Lidl, and a few minutes further on to either Pollenca or Puerto Pollensa. The villa feels very homely and cosy with a good layout and nice furnishings. Our children loved feeding the sheep who lived in the field next door!

We have stayed at several properties in the Pollensa area which have all been very nice but this is definitely one of the best! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Can Reus to anyone looking for a villa in the Pollensa area.

Perfect family villa! Private and well-equipped!!

This is a hidden gem. We are a family of 5 and we had a wonderful spring vacation trip to Pollensa this past April. As you see from the photos, the villa is beautiful and offers a striking view of the surrounding hills. The villa itself is very near to the old town of Pollensa, which offers a very authentic and quaint Mallorcan setting with great shops and restaurants. Furthermore, many other scenic beaches, steep viewpoints, and various towns are within a 15-20 minute drive of the villa. To top it off, the owners Cati and Jaime are as friendly and helpful as possible. They welcomed us on our check in and came to chat with us to ensure all was well on our check out day. We plan to return soon, as this villa is a perfect spot for a beach holiday that offers so much more.

An amazing villa that cannot be faulted.

We have stayed in many villas around Pollenca and I can honestly say this one was the best.

Jaime and Cati are amazing and clearly take great pride in their villa which is spotlessly clean and maintained to perfection. Everything seems to have been thought about and more importantly every thing works.

It is situated in a very quiet area with amazing views, yet convenient for both the coast and the old town. The pool is great for kids because of the wide steps and they loved the bonus of the trampoline and slide.

It really was a home from home but with additional benefits. I could not recommend this villa more.

Fantastic villa in a great location

We spent two weeks in Can Reus last summer. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We flew in very early in the day and Cati and Jaime facilitated us depositing our luggage before the villa was ready for occupation. It is in a very convenient location as it is between the Port and the old a Town of Pollensa so the best of both worlds. We have been taking villas for almost 29 years in Pollensa and this is one of the best ever! Everything in this villa just works. The design is really clever so although it is spacious it isn't too spread out making it tiring to tidy up! Bizarrely there was hardly a fly outside which is most unusual! The pool was spotless all the time. Great kitchen storage, Lidl just up the road so saved a fortune on groceries and the owners are so helpful and charming. Going back in 4 weeks and I can hardly wait! Lots of repeat clients which is always a good sign.

Fantastic yet again

This is the second time we have visited this villa we love it so much and never want to go home there is so much space and it is always very clean and all the things that you would need in your home is provided there is now the wifi which we found good as i ordered my shopping from here to be delivered at home on our return (sad i know!) the other great thing is that if you need supplies there are 2 supermarkets at the bottom of the road one of them being Llidls, Jaime and cati are very nice and welcoming.

The view from the house is amazing the grounds are great especially now there is the childrens play area.

You do need to have a car to benefit most of this island porto polenca is just down the road and has plenty of retaurants the best ones we found were the dakota bar and grill and the joker.

We took a tomtom with us so getting around was great it made it so much easier to find places but if you like to get a bargain and enjoy the mallorcan way then visit Inca market on a thursday morning.Hope to visit again next year

Palma airport, take motorway exit MA19, MA20 output Inca, Inca MA13 reach the exit from the crossing of Sa Pobla, Pollensa, Pollensa take on arrival to go through 2 roundabouts to Puerto Pollensa, 1 km. of the 2nd roundabout turn left (benchmark construction cuxach store) go straight, crossing an intersection (old road to Cala San Vicente) go straight and turn right at the first road and turn right onto the end.
