Villa Kalliope is an extremely spacious semi detached contemporary villa in a prime location with a large open plan lounge, dining area, luxury fully equipped kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a large sun terrace, 8 x 3m private swimming pool, landscape gardens with ample sun loungers and parasols. To the rear of the property is a large patio with table and seating for six with built in barbecue with spit roast facility, perfect for alfresco dining. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with balconies) all with huge floor to ceiling wardrobes and air conditioning, family bathroom and extra storage. We are situated within easy reach of Protaras and Pernera and some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Ayia Triada fishing harbour and beautiful beach is just a 5 minute stroll from the villa, as is Serena Bay ,with its idyllic views and heavenly taverna. Easy stroll to several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Short bus journey to clubs and bars in Protaras and Ayia Napa.

Myself and 3 friends had the most fantastic holiday here in Cyprus. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with open plan large spacious rooms and every amenity you could ask for. The area allowed us to unwind and relax during the days and provided us at night time with good restaurants and bars all just a short walk or bus ride away. Having our own private pool allowed us to while away the days just relaxing. We have already booked for next year and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect base to explore what Cyprus has to offer.

The support of the owners from the enquiry to return of our deposit was seamless.

the villa was immaculately clean, the pool beautiful and just what was needed in the Cypriot sun.

everything you needed for a self catering holiday was provided.

strongly recommend to families and couples.

Immaculate family friendly villa

Immaculate villa located in a nice peaceful location close to shops, lovely beaches and restaurants. Pool is lovely, nice BBQ and seating area outside. Perfect for families with young children - our 3 year old spent 24/7 in the pool.

Would definitely recommend. Communication with owners was brilliant, they provided us with lots of local information, the airport transfer and hire car company they also recommended were excellent.

Villa was lovely and clean with everything you need for a comfortable "home from home" stay.

Clean and Well Kept

Have just returned home from an 11 night stay at this villa. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Great communication with the owners Dave and Toni from the moment we sent enquiry through. The villa is kept to a high standard. Pam the manager was very helpful and also cleaned the villa and changed linen/bath towels half way through our stay and the pool was cleaned 3 times Great Location with all amenities close by. We hope to return next May.

Lovely Peacefull Villa

We had two lovely weeks in this Villa. Everything you need a home from home including wifi. The pool was great and very relaxing. Car hire is recommended although there is a bus stop less than five minutes from the villa. Very easy to get to from Larnaca less than hours drive. Parking in both Protaras and Paralimini is easy in the side streets and free. There two large supermarkets nearby in Paralimni a Metro and a Carrefour both have a good selection of food including butchers, fish and deli counters. The is a BBQ at the villa so you do not have to eat out if you do not want to. Both the owner and the villa manger are very helpful.

House in a good condition with many facilities

The house is in a very good location even though the Google location is wrong. The condition of the house is very good with all facilities. It was clean and very specious. My suggestion is to add another light at the back yard, outside the kitchen and see what can be done to provide shade for our car. I would recommend it to friends, its a good value for money.

This Eastern side of Cyprus is famous for its beautiful beaches. Villa Kalliope is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to Serena Bay, with its idyllic views and heavenly Tavernas, and the beautiful sandy beach at the Golden Coast Hotel and the beach area of Crystal Springs Hotel in the Pernera region of Protaras. Water sports and boat trips are available at the stunning Golden Coast Marina. Ayia Triada fishing harbour is just a few minutes stroll and here you will find a beautiful small beach with shallow calm water, perfect for children. The Villa is a short walk to several restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. Local buses run every 15 minutes into Pernera, Protars and Ayia Napa for the 'bright lights', clubs and special occasion dining. The new coastal path takes you from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, a short stroll of 15 minutes with fabulous sea views. Paralimni is a 5 minute drive and offers a wide range of shops, local tavernas, bars and restaurants.

A flat screen Tv/DVD player has been fitted to the wall and a WI console with games has been provided for the families entertainment. All bedrooms are spacious with huge floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, marble tiled flooring, wall mirrors, bedside tables, lamps and air conditioning, which doubles as heating in the winter months. All bed linen is provided.

We use a top quality property services company for villa rentals, property management and cleaning, who can also provide optional car hire, airport collections provision of baby equipment for hire. Full details available upon request. The barbecue is traditional Cypriot brick built with an electric spit roast function.Situated at the rear of the property on the patio with large table and seating for six people. plus large sun canpoy. The patio is south facing and gets the sun all day long. We have this year added a pergola for some shade. Poolside are 6 sun loungers with ample parasol and small tables. In the garden you will find comfortable lounge furniture with tables ideal for relaxing while keeping an eye on the children in the pool. Front veranda is covered and is accesable from the lounge area through patio doors
