The villa has a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with inset palm trees. Inside are 4 double rooms, & 1 en - suite, 1 with balcony. All bedrooms have Air Con, & there are sofa beds in the sitting room. The fully equipped kitchen was newly fitted in 2014, is free-standing and open-plan with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. The villa has been newly decorated in 2014. This villa is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sight of big mountains with only 900 meters to one of Turkey's finest beach Olu Deniz. In 2016 we made available bedroom number 6 with 2 beds inside. Terrace overlooking the Pool area. A pavilliong with nice table and 12 comfortable chairs provide a pleasant area for enjoyable meals as well as general relaxation.

5 Bathrooms. Bathroom 1 with bathtub shower and wc. Bathroom 2 with shower and wc. Bathroom 3 with shower and wc and washing machine. Bathroom 4 with wc and wash. Bathroom 5 with shower and wc.

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen was newly fitted in 2014, is freestanding with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge freezer.

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service:
Towels and Bed Linen are provided. Sun Bed mattresses are available for use with Pool Sun Beds.

Perfect location just a few minor issues

The villa was nice and a lovely outside area and close walking distance to Hisaranu. We did have a few issues though..the description said there was a tv,cable and wifi but there was none. The wifi we had to buy ourselves and were told we could only buy another 15g and for a family of 10 thats not enough. It also said there was air con in all rooms but if fact there is only 2 rooms with air con units and 3 rooms with a fan which was just not enough. The sunbeds could also do with updating one actually broke on us and when we checked underneath it had been glued and taped together. If these issues were corrected the villa would be perfect and in a perfect location.

Why they chose this property

This is so nice to relax in the pool area, play music and relax in the pavilion. The place is relaxing but also very close to the town center. Very central down to the beach by small buss going each 5 minutes.
