Why they chose this property

We have travelled to many countries and came across beautifull places, but when this property came onto the market in 2000, we fell in love with the view. So we demolished the old building, and built our holiday home with the extra individual private apartments to be able to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

Kleinmond is a peacefull coastal town in the heart of a unique wild flower reserve declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. It is situated central to many tourist attractions of the Western Cape, like Cape Town to the west, Cape Agulhas (most southern tip of Africa where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet) to the east, and the Cape Winelands to the north.
There are many tourist attractions nearby::
*Vinyards with wine tasting facilities,
*The world renowned Harold Porter Botanical Gardens,
*Penquin colony and
*Bird sanctuary, all just minutes away.
*The new harbour development with restaurants and quaint little shops is a favourite tourist attraction.
*A choice of mountain trails and a long stretch of white sandy beach.
*For the less energetic: take a walk on the boardwalk along the rugged coastline of Kleinmond, or
*Sun bathe on the white sandy beach.
*The adventurous can go shark cage diving in Gansbaai (Goose bay) or do whale watching in winter.
*Play golf at the very popular Kleinmond golf course which is well kept with beautifull views, or at the Arabella course, rated as the 6th best course in the country only 8 kms away.
