Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.

Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet), bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

Our second home!

I think this is our 5th time staying at this apartment and the first time we have stayed for a month. It is such a great apartment in a perfect location for the beach and downtown bars and restaurants. Marisa and Jonathan are great hosts and always respond in a timely manner to any questions. Shortened but sweet

We have stayed here a number of times and have always found it to be fabulous in so many ways. Great apartment, stunning location and within walking distance of all you need. Marisa and Jonathan are so easy to deal with. Just a shame Hurricane Dorian meant we had to have a slightly shorter stay than usual. A good excuse to return at some point next year!

Location!

This place has the location all wrapped up. From the deck, you look directly into the Atlantic Ocean! You can take a few short steps out and be on the beach. Play in the surf and watch the ships sail by my. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Located right in the middle of everything you need!

Good location and wonderful views

The apartment listing photos are accurate. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the beach access is a few feet away. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.

Why they chose this property

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
