One bedroom & den apartment, centrally located! From our Downtown building you can walk to some of the most exciting places Vancouver has to offer. Here is a sneak preview:

- One block away from Granville Street where you can find great clubs, pubs, and restaurants
- Just a couple of blocks from the city’s most vibrant shopping area, Robson Street;
-Just walking distance to movie theaters
- A 15 minute walk to the Aquabus Ferries that take you across to Granville Island (a must see!), where you can visit the public market, listen to live music, eat some great food or simply stroll and view all the beautiful items made by our local artists;
- A 10 minute walk to trendy Yaletown, which has some great restaurants and boutique stores;
- Three blocks away from the Vancouver Art Gallery;
- A 20 minute walk to beautiful Stanley Park;
- A 5 minute walk to a skytrain station so you can get anywhere in the city, including the Vancouver International Airport;
- And for those traveling on business, we are within walking distance of the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre and BC Place.

Our apartment is fully furnished and has broad 9’6” ft. windows, providing great views of the Downtown area and plenty of daylight. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the den has a double size bed and desk area. An open style kitchen gives the place a very comfortable and open feel. All (like new!) linens, towels, hair drier, iron and all kitchen accessories are provided for our guests.

great apartment, great location
Well equipped and well located for a holiday in splendid Vancouver. The bunk bed is only for younger members of the family or more agile adults. The kitchen is well equipped although there are lots of restaurants nearby. The parking space was a real bonus when we picked up a hire car at the end of our stay.

Provided us with a great Vancouver experience.
We wished for an apartment in a central location, near transport facilities, warm, clean and with comfortable beds - that's just what we got ( even the loft bed was comfortable) and as a couple it served us very well. Your are able to book with confidence if this is what you are looking for. Apartment had a few little niggles (bedroom light flickering, bedroom heater not initially working since it's isolator switch flipped out and scissors broken) but these did not detract from enjoying our stay. Earplugs however were required at the weekends since the bedroom does overlook onto the very lively Granville St. Apartment is well equipped, access to property was simple and communication with Jorge was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideal for a break
Great place. Very central. Great host, with some good ideas of where to visit. Lively area, can be noisy at night. The loft bed is challenging for someone older. Well equipped kitchen. Did miss the little extras we had in previous properties (tea, Coffee etc). The tv remote was hard to sort until we found out batteries where dead, something the host should check. We also loaded the laundry into machine before we found out the laundry card didn't have money on and then had to go down to basement to load it, you had to add 10 dollars. But overall a nice stay.

Good location for visiting downtown Vancouver. It was clean and well-furnished with basic amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, cleaning supplies etc). I would stay there again.
