This magnificent home has panoramic views of the ocean and maintains its privacy through architectural design and mature landscaping. The houses full charm is seen from her 60' x 20' ocean-facing victorian style wooden porch with an attached gazebo for relaxing in the shade and casual dining. Inside, gleaming heart of pine wood floors, a granite kitchen with butler's pantry, a generous ocean front master bedroom suite and a second ocean front king bedroom are part of its welcoming charm. With lots of rooms and cozy spaces, everyone can find their happy place. The house is outfitted with all appliances and electronics including TV's in most bedrooms, the kitchen, and the recreation room. The great room, which features stained glass windows and a cathedral ceiling, has plenty of comfortable seating for your guests to enjoy movies on the 70' flat screen TV with DVD and surround sound. A second 55' flat screen in the game room has Blu-Ray and a Wii system. The pool is solar-heated and sits right beside the ocean. With bicycles, pool toys, beach toys, WIFI, board games, and an outdoor grill, there is plenty to do.

Ormond Beach Home

We loved our stay at this home! Debbi and John, the owners, were the best hosts we have ever had- hands down! They were exceptional. The home was huge, as was their porch area, which was our favorite part of the home. The pool deck was great- blocked the wind, and the access to the beach was as direct as it appears in photos. We all rated this our favorite Spring Break. Laid back, right on the beach, and super relaxing! Would definitely go back!

Christmas 2020

This is the second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The home has the perfect balance of old and new for those days where you may want to stay in. The outdoor space is where this home shines as you can lose days sitting on the deck looking over the ocean or walking the beach that is only a few steps away. Excellent choice for any larger group and the owners are exceptional to work with. They are only concerned with your enjoyment of their property! Very highly recommend!

Spectacular, historic beach house!

There are so many things to love about this house. It is in a wonderful location, sitting right on a beautiful, uncrowded beach, with lots of birds and frequent dolphins visible. The house is large and has a a spectacular covered deck overlooking the beac h, and a pool that is only a few steps from the beach. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including items like gates and high chairs for young children. But the best thing of all is the owners. They really go out of their way to welcome you to the house and make sure that everything is going well. This is unique - we have never had such responsive hospitality in any rental property we have stayed in! Put it all together and this is a place we would love to visit again.

We can’t wait for 2021 Summer to return!

This was our second year and we have signed up for 2021 for our family of 12. The sleeping arrangements for all of our family members is the best we’ve had at any location over the past six years we have gathered at the beach for our family reunion. With a lifeguard close by on a very beautiful yet uncrowded beach is comforting with young children. The large covered porch is unbelievable With the most awesome view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is where we spend so much time and eat dinner every night. You will be lucky to get a reservation!

Charming Beach House

This is a wonderful beach house! All of our family especially enjoyed eating on the huge porch with the fabulous view. The pool was great for our kids, too! The owners were very responsive and made sure we had all that we needed for our fantastic family vacation!
