70th Birthday Trip Made Perfect

When we showed my mom pictures of the Howard Beach House and suggested we celebrate her 70th birthday there, we could never have predicted how perfect of a trip it would turn out to be. Howard made the whole process so easy and stress free. Howard was quick to respond to any questions and issues (although there were really none). The house was clean, beautiful and spacious enough for 9 people. However, we rarely spent any time inside because the beach. The water. Pictures didn’t do it justice. We spent every morning low tide walking the sandbar and finding conch shells and starfish. It might be one of my favorite places on earth. When we wanted to venture out, the house was in a perfect location for whatever we needed. Groceries, wine, restaurants, gifts and gas! We can’t thank you enough for making The Howard Beach House our gorgeous home away from home for the week. We most definitely hope to come back very soon as Spanish Wells now holds a piece of all of our hearts.

Best beach ever!

HBH has everything you’d want or need for a home away rental…inside and out! Completely updated inside with every kitchen gadget/appliance you’d want plus a well stocked pantry! Swimming pool out front is spectacular!! Vince and Donna were wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Absolute dream!

My family and I stayed at the Howard Beach House for the Christmas holiday this year. This was our first visit to Spanish Wells. To say we had a wonderful time would be a huge understatement. The property was amazing! The house is comfortable, clean and designed so thoughtfully. We made a lot of our meals at the house and had everything we needed. The access to the beach was great - we spent majority of our trip on the sandbar, in the water or walking along the beach. You do need to take a short ladder to get from the property to the actually beach, but my entire family, including my 75 year old grandmother, had no trouble at all. My dad spoke with Howard prior to our trip and he was so kind and helpful! During our stay, Donna greeted us at the dock and escorted us to the house, where she then showed us all around. Vince (property manager) was extremely friendly and helpful when we had a minor issue with water, but he came right away and was able to fix it quickly. He also checked on us a couple other times throughout the trip and stopped by at checkout to help us with our luggage. I could go on and on, but we truly felt at-home and had the most amazing experience! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Spanish Wells or surrounding areas! I hope to be back soon!

Amazing Location!!

Perfect place for a girls getaway! The location was incredible and the water was PERFECT. We loved walking the sandbar and just relaxing in the POOL. :) We had a golf cart which was perfect to get around the island. We tried all the restaurants too! The house was clean, big and beautiful! We all had our own bedroom/ bathroom and slept great! Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

Amazing Home and View

Howard's Beach House is an amazing place to stay. Not only was the house immaculate, but the view is just breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed spending time in the water as well as on the back patio playing cards. So much fun family time as well as relaxation! We will definitely be back!
