We are situated on the most scenic and quiet beach of the famous West Coast, where the endangered Sea Turtles safely lay their nests. We are next door to many private mansions and the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. You can leisurely stroll for miles along the beach and within minutes you will find the Folkstone Wildlife preserve for amazing snorkeling, shopping in Holetown, and many other hotels where you can dine such as the famous Lone Star Restaurant and Hotel.

The Glitter Bay property is more than a simple condominium, as it was for many years part of the first class Fairmont Hotel: you will enjoy the amenities of a full service resort within a gated community, including concierge service, maid service with in suite laundry facilities, and the excellent beach bar offering refreshing drinks, a light lunch, or a sun-down rum punch!

The architecture reveals a definite Spanish influence, with whitewashed walls and terra cotta roofs. All of the balconies face South West with an excellent view of the grounds, the sunset and our own family of Green Monkeys! The Sea Turtle Penthouse has an excellent view of the sea. Glitter Bay is the only property in Barbados where the footprint of the buildings is only a small portion of the beautifully manicured grounds. This can clearly be seen on Google Earth (13º 12' 02" N, 59º 38' 29" W).

The Glitter Bay Estates Sea Turtle Penthouse is a 2200 sq.feet penthouse on 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms each with their own private balcony and en suite bathroom. There is a full kitchen, large living room, and large dining table for 8 people on the main balcony. It is fully refurbished to hotel standard. It can also be rented as a 2 bedroom penthouse (please inquire about rates).
