It is located in the high-end gated community Formosa Gardens, just 2 miles to Disney World, a few minutes from the theme parks, award-winning golf courses, shopping, entertainment, and dining as a well-kept community. Enjoy uninterrupted lake views from the vast pool & spa deck area, complete with BBQ, the perfect spot to relax and unwind!

Location is everything, and Lake View Villa has it all. Situated on the back road to Animal Kingdom, you can reach the park in just 5 minutes, even in heavy traffic. Formosa Gardens Estates is a prestigious gated community, ideally located to experience the best of Central Florida/Kissimmee/Orlando with family, friends, corporate retreats, and reunions. You'll be able to enjoy all the area's attractions without worrying about travel time.

4 bedrooms on the first floor:
1) A suite with a king is on the left-hand side, near the swimming pool.
2) A suite with a king is on the left-hand side of the front door.
3) A suite: 1 queen with 1 twin loft above is on the right-hand side of the front door, near the garage.
4) A queen bedroom is on the right-hand side, between the swimming pool and the cinema. Its bathroom is next to the bedroom, which can be shared with the public.

3 bedrooms on the second floor:
1) A suite with a king.
2) & 3)Two bedrooms with 2 twins, sharing one bathroom.

*The pool and spa heat is optional, $35 per day during the stay. We will turn on the heat upon your arrival if you add it.

fantastic location

Excellent property in a great location for the parks. It was just as described, and it was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone and we all loved the pool which was lovely and warm- definitely worth the extra for the pool heat. Good communication from the owner when we messaged about a slight issue after hurricane Nicole. I would definitely recommend this villa

Perfect property for a large group - in our case a family celebrating my wife and I's golden wedding anniversary (2 years delayed because of Covid!). Very convenient for the parks etc and local facilities such as a supermarket. The property is well presented and maintained with a very helpful host and local agent. Having stayed at the other end of Star Lake in the past this south facing property was much better. Highly recommended!

Wonderful break, great property for a larger group with lovely aspect over water and screened nicely with mature trees and shrubs from neighbouring properties. Extremely helpful owner and local management, 5⭐️, would return again.

superb south facing property will all amenities

this is a fantastic villa with a south facing property, felt at home as soon as we arrived. communication with Jenny was excellent. the villa is 7 minutes from US192 and all its restaurants & supermarkets as well as main access to all parks & malls. Paul from the management company is very knowledgeable & Chris who replaced a switch for the hot tub timer that was preventing the pool from heating was quick, efficient & friendly. This wonderful villa has everything you need including big laundry machines that would be sufficient if the villa was fully utilised. I will definitely be bringing my extended family to stay here. Thank you for everything, my search for the perfect property for the family vacation is over .
