This 4+ bedroom property is just blocks from the Heavenly Valley ski resort, and minutes from the lake, beach and casinos. An indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, home theater with 106' screen, billiard and poker tables and outdoor BBQ will keep guests entertained for days. This air-conditioned home boasts four bedrooms, five baths, gourmet kitchen and three outdoor decks. Secured wi-fi and cable TV, with premium channels, are included.

The bedrooms on the upper level consists of one master king bedroom suite , one king bedroom suite and one queen bedroom suite. The lower level has a bedroom suite with two queen beds, and a game room which include a bunk-bed for the kids. All bedrooms are furnished with luxury linen and bedding.

The gourmet kitchen has a granite island/bar with stools, boasts all high quality appliances and is fully stocked with kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. Meals can be comfortably served on a 8-seater round dining table and a 6-seater convertible round game table.

Have fun in the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise, then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Next, watch Blue-Ray movies on the 106" screen in the home theater off the pool area, featuring 8 fully reclining theater chairs, with individual blankets.
An on-site housekeeper is also available for assistance during your stay.

Wonderful property

A perfect place for a cozy weekend with family. The location is great (very close to Heavenly shops) but we had everything we needed and never needed to leave. The communication with the hosts was very clear. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for making family memories.

Close to Heavenly California Lodge!

This was a wonderful, large, clean property and our group of friends had such a fun time! Perfect getaway spot for groups or families!

Thanksgiving weekend in Tahoe 2023

It was a lst minute change of plans. We rented this house so we could be close to my Fiances parents house for Thanksgiving. It was a bit overkill since it was just us and our 2 teenagers, plus my daughters BF. The location is great. Literally at the top of ski run BLVD like 500 feet from the Heavenly Parking lot. The house was very well equipped The indoor pool was pretty amazing The pool table was a hit with the kids The theater was really nice Lots of appliances and towels and amenities

Great location!

John & Sylvia we’re great hosts and very accommodating to our family and additional requests. The location is great in that it is a very short drive to all the action of South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed our stay. The only minor drawback was that the downstairs did not have air conditioning while the upstairs did. Needless to say, it was nice to hang out & sleep upstairs. Other than that, we had a great time!

This is a vacation home deigned for family gatherings during holidays, summer (beach fun) and winter (ski season). We love the home and thought it would be a great place to share with those who can appreciate it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This is one-of-a-kind property where you will not find too many in the area. It has everything you need for family gathering with children, small business strategy session/reunions. It has great location close to ski resorts, beach and casinos. Build in 2007, the home has all the amenities to relax within.

What makes this property unique

There is an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. A home theater with 106' large screen and 9 comfortable recliner. A poker table, pool table and an outdoor deck with new BBQ grill and large comfortable seating area.
