A modern self catering apartment set on 1 level on the first floor of this small development of only 36 apartments,with its own large sun terrace with breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with a large L shaped sofa and dining set, TV and DVD player. From here you can step directly onto your own private and spacious terrace. This has 2 sun loungers and a dining table and seating for 4 people. From the terrace you can view the communal area below. Both bedrooms have fantastic views out to the lagoon beaches and the ocean. This apartment is the Ideal setting for all the family.

Spacious, modern 2 bedroom self catering apartments in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, positioned right on the beach with its own gardens and breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) salt water swimming pool(not heated) for use only by owners and residents, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach. The perfect setting for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway break.

Driving: Car hire, while useful, is not essential. All areas of the village are easily reached on foot. A regular and reliable bus service from the village travels through several local villages on the way to Correlejo.

Alles in allem gutes Appartement in Top-Lage, allerdings an einigen Stellen verbesserungswürdig.
Die Badtüre ist defekt und kann nicht geschlossen werden. Die Türe an der Duschkabine ist ebenfalls defekt.
Die Einzelbetten (Feldbetten) im 2. Schlafzimmer quitschen extrem und müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.
Wir haben die Gestelle aus dem Zimmer genommen und die Matratzen direkt auf den Boden gelegt!
Die Schlüsselübergabe, Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort war gut.
Internet kostet extra und hat einige Probleme bereitet, Zugang war oft nicht verfügbar.
