Location: Kemp Town. Private Courtyard garden. Wi Fi, 42' TV, Freeview,cot and high chair available,
Accommodation:
Ground Floor. Spacious Hallway, Fully equipped Kitchen with 2 full size ovens & huge fridge freezer plus large dining area (seats 16) and patio doors to outside space. Fully equipped utility room door to outside courtyard garden. Separate Toilet and washbasin.
1st Floor: Large living room (seats 18), with 2 single chair beds and a double sofa bed. Bedroom 4 with double bed and bedroom 5 with a triple sleeper and regular double bunk, bathroom with shower.
2nd floor: Large Master with en suite, Luxurious superking bed and full size pull out single bed. Bedroom 2 standard double bed. Bedroom 3 single bed & triple bunk, plus family bathroom on this level with full size bath.

Walking distance to all attractions, shops & Pier and only 5 min walk to seafront or into the vibrant heart of Kemp town

Excellent large house in a great location
This is an excellent house for a large group looking for somewhere to stay in Brighton. It is exceptionally clean, well kept and a perfect location for those wanting to be in Brighton but not in the centre. The house itself is easy to find with a parking space but also street parking extremely close by. The street parking requires payment but this is reasonable and easy to do on an app. The house has a large entrance hall with plenty of space for costa and shoes. The utility room downstairs also has extra space for storage if needed. The kitchen is huge and an excellent place for gathering as a group. We had 16 in our party-all of which were able to fit around the table for meals. There is plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils for everyone with plenty of extras. There is a huge fridge and freezer along with a dishwasher. The host ensured that there was a welcome pack of tea and coffee as well as cleaning products. There is a small patio area with seating off the kitchen. Upstairs, the living room has plenty of seating and a large TV. There is seating for everyone. The bedrooms are large, clean and comfortable. Bedding is provided for all of the beds. In the living area there are sofa beds if required. There is storage and hanging space in each of the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have large bright windows with blinds and curtains. The bathrooms were clean and modern-towels were provided for all of our guests. The location is ideal,5 mins to the beach

Perfect for what we needed
We stayed here for the weekend for my friends Hag weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and bedrooms and the social areas (lounge and kitchen) were exactly what we wanted. Check in and out was easy and it was a great location. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, would definitely recommend.

Accommodated my family.
The property has enough facilities to sleep 16 people. However, there were no fans in any of the rooms and living area. The heat was unbearable in the evenings when we were all together. The fridge needs some attention. A lot of our food perished. Some of the rooms the carpets were not clean and dust was noted. The amenities are close by but rather priced up. Otherwise a pleasant stay the manager was very acoomodating.

Loved this house because of the super spacious interior. huge living room, huge kitchen dining, good size bedrooms. Great location just short walk to sea and into town centre so no need for a car.
