Luxury Los Olivos penthouse apartment set out over 2 floors and located at the centre of the resort close to the tennis centre. The apartment boasts magnificent views to the Mar Menor and overlooks the beautifully tended pool and landscaped gardens. The main terrace has a full outdoor dining suite, sunloungers and a gas BBQ. The roof-top terrace ensures all-year sun.

Indoors you find a spacious lounge with a large HD TV (Sky), wireless internet, Blu-ray/DVD, Playstation 3 and stereo. The well equipped kitchen has a large oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. All bedrooms and bathrooms are of exceptional quality with furnishings to match. Note that the third updtairs bedroom does not have aircondiion.

The Los Olivos community has three swimming pools, two with childrens pools and one indoor pool with Jacuzzi.

The club offers a wide range of activities including three golf courses, tennis, Spa, football, fitness, etc. It is packed with great restaurants and bars. Guests benefit from 'residents discount' on green fees and tennis.

We had a great stay in this excellently equipped apartment.



The penthouse is nicely situated with stunning views of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea behind. The apartment is fully equipped and very well furnished. We (family with 3 children) had a great time here.

Perfect -very comfortable, convenient, spacious .

Central location, well equipped, spacious indoor and outdoor layouts. Well positioned front and rear terraces with great views of resort and beyond. Easy access to the largest pool which can be viewed from the terrace. Great outdoor BBQ for alfresco dining. All in all best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in - will definitely be back!

FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE APARTMENT

We have stayed at this apartment 23p Los Olivios several times and it is absolutely fabulous. Wonderful views and overlooks the swimming pool and also the tennis courts from the spacious south facing balcony. Never had any reason to complain as always kept exceptionally clean and tidy Perfect position if you are tennis enthusiasts. We'll be back again next year!! Would definitely recommend.

Needs a refub.

Only 4 sun beds for 6 people. Dirty BBQ.

No air con in the 3 rd bedroom.

No pools towels or mid stay clean for 2 weeks.

Very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

Lovely apartment with great views

We were a party of four enjoying a week of golf in early Spring.

The apartment is perfectly situated for golfers and tennis-players alike. It is large, spacious, well-equipped and has great views over the resort.

We did not miss anything, everything was clean and comfortable. We got the keys early as the apartment was ready after the previous guests had left.

After long days of golf we enjoyed the late afternoon sun with a snack and a glass of wine on the roof-terrace. A couple of us also used the indoor-pool and Jacuzzi.

We had a lovely dinner at El Toro in Los Belones. Highly recommeded!

We will be back next Spring.

Fantastic Apartment at the Centre of La Manga

This is already our second stay in Los Olivos, which is perfectly located a couple minutes walk from the centre of La Manga with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is really high spec, spotless, very comfortable and very well equipped. It is beautifully furnished, with all the mod cons, and a fabulously spacious/double height main room, dining and kitchen area. Being at the top of the (3 apartment) building, the large balcony is great for those evening barbecues overlooking the resort, and a panoramic view for miles down to La Manga town and the ocean beyond. Great for us to relax, while the teenagers have plenty to do day and night in a very safe environment. We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful, along with the supporting staff at La Manga Club. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, and look forward to our next visit.

First Class Family Holiday

We first came to La Manga in July 2003 when our children were 3, 6, 8 and 11.

Neither my husband or I play golf or tennis to any discernible level and we accompanied another family at the time.

We had an enjoyable family holiday and returned in 2004 and 2005. Since then we have been holidaying in European campsites.

This year only two of our children (now aged 16 and 21) wanted to come with us and as our son had just completed his GCSEs we could go earlier than usual.

We thought La Manga would be worth another try.

This property ticked every box.

Communication with the owner was quick and courteous and for less than 70% of what we normally paid for a mobile home on a Spanish campsite we secured this luxury apartment for 11 nights.

The property was immaculate and provided everything we needed.

The rooms were light and spacious with wifi much to our children's delight.

I practise yoga every day and was spoilt for choice - from the main terrace to the rooftop terrace and there was plenty of room indoors too.

Our days were spent by the pool, playing pitch and putt, Paddel Tennis, eating and drinking. Worth a mention is the wine tasting at La Quinta and the Flamenco evening at Los Molinos.

We did not hire a car, just used local taxis and the resort supermarkets.

There were 6 of us including my mum and my son's girlfriend and it cost 20 euros each way to La Manga strip for a day our.

The resort also offered a free trip to Cartagena on a Wednesday.

It was a perfect holiday for a multi generation family and you don't even have to play tennis or golf to enjoy this relaxing resort.

The only downside would be the beach is a little disappointing. I walked one morning down the dust tracks which took an hour to and from our property for not very much.

The weather was warm but not unbearable and I would certainly like to return.

Los Belones is the nearest village 5 mins drive away with lots of restaurants and shops. Cabo de Palos, a lovely fishing village with excellent selection waterfront seafood restaurants is a 10 minute drive. On a Sunday morning there is a market where you will find clothes, leather goods and fresh local produce.

There are many safe beaches around the shallow enclosed Mar Menor within an easy car ride. The resorts around the Mar Menor offer plenty of beaches and excellent water sports facilities.

La Manga is surrounded by a National Park and the nature reserve beaches of Calblanque, which are unspoilt and spectacular.

The nearest city is historic Cartagena (20 mins drive) where you will find the old port, restaurants and excellent shopping. Cartagena is an ancient port which predates the Roman period. You can visit the remains of a Roman theatre and several museums and galleries.
