Magical Themed Rooms with Private Pool & Spa - Player Piano & Slate Pool Table

The perfect solution for bringing your pets along with you on your Disney/Universal vacation! Enjoy the quiet and relaxing community of Cumbrian Lakes, yet you're only 15 minutes from Disney's main gate, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios!

For the practicing piano player in your party, we have an upright piano in the downstairs sitting area. For parties without piano players, the piano is a player piano with various music rolls included.

Right next to the piano is a slate pool table.

This open floor plan, 2-story house has a beautiful master suite upstairs with a huge master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-size bed (Star Wars themed) and the other with 2 twins. Those two bedrooms share a full bath upstairs. Downstairs, there is a queen-size bedroom with a sliding door that opens to the pool area. There is another bedroom downstairs (Frozen themed) with 1 twin and 1 queen bed. The two downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional half bath under the stairs, and another half bath outside in the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen will help you to avoid eating out every day on your vacation. There is one 6-place table and and 3 stools at the island inside. Tableware and flatware are included.

The pool & spa area has plenty of table seating (for 10) for enjoying meals outside, and 4 lounge chairs for relaxing on days off from the parks. We also have a 4-burner gas grill with utensils. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $25/day + tax.

The house does have a 2-car garage, but it is not available for use.

Great family home

I celebrated my 70th birthday here with my family. At one time there were 7 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space and the layout allowed us to put the young children with their parents in what was almost a little annex, away for the remaining adults. The house was convenient for visiting attractions but also far enough away to be quiet. Everyone enjoyed the pool and outside areas and it was great to just look out at our own private "jungle" We had everything we needed at the house. Also, the manager, Knud, was very helpful and, when we raised a few minor issues, he responded almost immediately. We didn't have to call him out as it was just minor queries. A great venue for what we wanted and a lovey family home.

Lovely villa with great hosts and beutiful setting

Just returned from a two week stay. The villa was perfect, had everything you need for a lovely holiday. Jason very quick in responding to any questions we had and sorting any problems. The pool had a beutiful outlook onto a nature reserve, very peaceful and tropical setting. Disney parks were about 15 mins away and universal was about 25mins away. This is our third visit to Florida, but first in this villa. It was by far the best villa we have stayed in. We certainly hope to come again and I would hope that we are able to stay in this villa. Many thanks to Jason and The management company.

This is a wonderful sized property with 5 bedrooms, so plenty of room for everybody.

We have stayed in several villas in Orlando over the last 11 year and as mentioned, the house is a great size. It is quite close to shops and plenty of restaurants. Disney is about 30 mins away while Universal can be up to 45/50 mins depending on traffic. Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue are about 25 mins. The house is well equipped with all essential items needed and has a great Barbecue. We did think however, that while there are plenty of towels, they could do with replacing, particularly the beech towels are they are quite old. The sofas in the living area could also do with a cleaning as they are quite stained. The sun loungers would also do with sprucing up and the lounger on the upstairs balcony is a waste and would be better off moved to the pool area. There were 4 females in our group and the one thing they found wanting was hairdryers! They felt there should be a hairdryer in each bathroom for a property this size. The TV's in the house were great as were the new washer and dryer. Jason was great to deal with and responds very quickly. The booking process was also very painless. The key code entry on the front door is great as you don't need to worry about keys, especially if you go out separately, and Jason has it coded with a number you provide so it is easy to remember. This is a good property, but with some minor upgrades as mentioned it would become a great property.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing stay at this spacious house. Every detail met our expectations and the owner was very quick in responding to all inquiries. The best part was the foot massager after a long day at the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great vacation rental home

Stayed in this house for 9 nights in June. Owners are wonderful and always answered all questions and concerns quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was wonderful, very clean, and as pictured. Easy drive to Disney parks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We (Jason & Robyn) live in Cheshire, CT. Robyn is originally from Island Pond, VT. We have been vacationing together in Florida for 15 years. We rented another house in the Cumbrian Lakes community in 2013 and 2014. We liked it so much that we've been looking for the perfect home in Cumbrian Lakes to purchase and we finally found it in 2016! Now we want to share the great vacation experiences we had in Cumbrian Lakes with you!

Why they chose this property

What we loved about Cumbrian Lakes is that the community is very relaxing and quiet, yet it's only minutes away from anything you'd ever want on vacation! U.S. 192, which runs right through Kissimmee has plenty of restaurants and shopping from which to choose. We're also 2 minutes from the nearest Twistee Treats ice cream shop!! :-)

What makes this property unique

Based on our reviews and our own experiences renting vacation homes, I think what separates us is how well set up we are. Many guests have complimented on the kitchen utensils, pots/pans, and other accessories. And compared to other houses we have rented, we have to agree! We have a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. We have a large crock pot. We have two blenders. We also have various cookie sheets and cake pans, mixing bowls, electric frying pan, and many other gadgets you'll need to feel right at home. Within reason, if there is something missing, we will order on Amazon and it will usually arrive the next day, sometimes even same day if ordered early enough.
