This beautiful villa has an open, spacious lay out with a fully equipped kitchen and casual dining on one side and Living Area and Formal dining on the other. Exit to your private partially covered pool deck through french doors directly from the living area. The pool and spa overlooks the conservation area offering added privacy.

The Bedrooms are as follows:

1 Master KING bedroom, ensuite bath, TV

1 Master QUEEN bedroom, ensuite bath, TV

2 TWIN bedrooms with shared bath, TV

For the little ones the house comes equipped with: Crib & Pack'nPlay, Strollers, High Chair and Booster Seat.

A fantastic 2 and half weeks with the family

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It had everything we needed, and the pool is a real bonus, especially in the hot afternoons. A couple of teething problems when we turned up but these were ironed out very quickly and smoothly. I def recommend staying here and will look to in the future when we travel to Otlando again!!

Lovely vacation home

The house was lovely and in a nice, quiet location. It is easy to get to all the parks and we experienced minimal traffic. All the beds were comfy and we were particularly impressed with the water heater. We didn't run out of hot water once! This house is definitely good value for your money and we will certainly be returning

Fantastic house, highly recommended.

My wife our 2 kids & myself can whole heartedly recommend this house. Fantastic location which first drew us to the house as we’ve lived at Formosa Gardens Boulevard previously. Indian creek is nice & quiet considering the amount of houses on the estate. The house itself is perfect, more than large enough for two family’s of 4 if you needed, the 2 en-suite bedrooms are ideal for that should you need that space & the 2 twin rooms are more than ample. Having visited Kissimmee on many previous occasions & lived in numerous houses we can safely say this house is right up there with the best of them & reasonably priced. Great house & we’ll be looking to return to it when we cement our dates for our next visit. The Taylor family

Spacious, lovely pool in a very quiet neighborhood mins from the 192 and Disney.

Great pool and jacuzzi which we had heated and was really warm. Lots of space inside for living, we were a family of 5 and the master bedroom and kitchen is away from the single bed rooms so kids could sleep in. Quiet at all times. Owner very helpful as were the neighbors. 15mins from Disney and 25 from universal and it's very simple to get to both.
