About this property

Pack your swimsuit, flip flops, and sunblock and enjoy a vacation to remember. Charming beach cottage in a great location on St. Pete Beach. A short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. This comfortable and updated home features new paint, flooring, updated kitchen with new appliances, and a new coastal style décor. The house has three cozy bedrooms all with one King and two queen beds and all with celling fans. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a 1/2 bath located in one of the bedrooms. In addition there is an outside shower area when you return from the beach. Living room, dining room and bonus room give plenty of space to hang out.

Some amenities missing

Craig was good about reimbursing us for costs of a toaster, blanket, clothes drying rack, mattress pad, etc. We were looking forward to the hot tub mentioned on the VRBO web page, but there is no hot tub. The refrigerator leaked several times a week to make a pool of water on the kitchen floor. One burner on the stove was defective. The hot water heater leaks in the garage. Good location.

Perfect location. Loved this house.

We loved our stay here. The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood across from the beach (about a 5 min walk). The house has everything you could want or need. Comfortable. Clean. Craig is the owner and is the best!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area. Excellent choice.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie inseriert. Sobald man das Haus betritt, fühlt man sich zu Hause. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Handtücher und Strandtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist top. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Haus verfügt über eine Aussendusche, die wir gerne nach dem Strand genutzt haben. Auch Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln kann zu Fuß erledigt werden. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location

This was a great location. Within walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. Craig was a great host. We had a great time and would definately recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

The beach life is awesome. ST Pete Beach offers the old FL beach feel without all of the chain hotels and restaurants. A surfing town feel without the big waves. Mostly all restaurants and bars are privately owned and run. No franchises here...

What makes this property unique

The home presents a southern coastal feel in addition to being very comfortable and quiet. Quite honestly the home just has good vibes! Plenty of parking for cars, trailer, or small boat. Large private fenced in back yard.. Private outside shower with hot and cold water, it will be your favorite shower! Park the car and enjoy the free beach rides or just walk on the beach and relish the beach life and awesome sunsets.
