Two bedroom apartment sleeps six. Ground floor end of terrace with patio and enclosed side garden. Walking distance to Antibes Old Town and 5 miles to Cannes. Bedroom 1 - double bed with ensuite shower room and WC , TV with DVD inbuilt along with alarm clock radio with IPOD dock, door to patio. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds (use as twin or double), alarm clock radio and door to garden. Large open plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. In addition to the integrated fridge/freezer there is a separate wine fridge under the breakfast bar (seating for 4). The dining table comfortably seats 4. The living room has a double sofa bed. There is a large screen LCD TV with surround sound system DVD/Blueray player along with IPod dock and Nintendo Wii Console . There is a washing machine in a separate hallway cupboard. The second bathroom includes a bath with over bath shower, sink and WC. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Underground allocated parking garage..

Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes and Nice. Juan les Pins has grown along with Antibes, here you will find beautiful beaches, good nightlife, restaurants, nice old town and a beautiful boat harbour. Many watersports are available at the various beaches: waterskiing, parascending, diving and all kinds of fishing. The famous annual jazz festival is held in Juan-Les-Pins each July. The neighbouring town of Antibes has a daily food market and several museums and galleries. You will also find some great restaurants and cafes as well as shopping for all pockets.

Situated between Nice and Cannes and 13 kms from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport, Antibes Juan-les-Pins possesses one of the most beautiful coastlines in France, which extends for almost 25 kms. The high-tech Sophia Antipolis north-east of the town is also integrated with Antibes Juan-les-Pins. There is easy access by road or rail to the nearby towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and beyond into Italy. The themeparks of Antibesland and Marineland are great days out for children of all ages and are situated in nearby

There are several golf courses in the area Skiing is available in the nearby resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron

and the resorts of Valberg, L’Audibergue, Greolieres-Les-Neiges, Beuil-LesLaunes. are all within a 1-2 hours drive.

Great Apartment, lovely helpful owners

This apartment is in a lovely location. A few minutes from the beach and an excellent well stocked supermarket. The town is only a brisk 10 minute walk as well and flat, so even if hot its ok. Apartment has everything you need, including a great electric Weber BBQ, I was skeptical about electric, but it was really good. Being on the ground floor it does benefit from the extra space. Pool complex is lovely once you have worked out how to get in! Lots of keys needed but this means it is secure. Karen and Bill are really helpful and the airport transfer Bill does is very reasonable and just no hassle, so you are in holiday mode as soon as you leave the airport, Bill very knowledgeable on the area and this all helps you hit the ground running, ideal for us as only there for one week. All in all superb, cannot be faulted in anyway. Thanks guys.

Prettig verblijf in Juan les Pins

Wij hebben een erg prettige verblijf van 3 weken gehad in het appartement van Karin en Bill.

Wij zijn zeer vriendelijk en hulpzaam ontvangen en hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij het naar ons zin hadden.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed ingericht met goede bedden.

Ook het terras en de zonnige tuin hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. De stranden,de boulevard en het centrum van Juan les Pins zijn op loopafstand.

Wij bedanken Karen en Bill voor hun gastvrijheid.

Lovely Apartment in lovely area

Four of us stayed here for our vacation with additional 2 joining for short stay. The apartment is very well equipped with additional items that are too lengthy to list.A short stroll to the beach and nearby bus stop with train station a little further afield. The owners Bill & Karen assisted whenever necessary and the transfer service was excellent with nothing seeming too much trouble for Bill.

The complex is extremely secure and the patio area benefits from ground floor location.

Excellent Apartment

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped and good facilities - could not ask for anything more. Good private terrace and side garden where we spent a lot of time. Our 12 year old daughter loved the on-site pool. Well located - easy stroll into Juan les Pins + close to supermarket. Good public transport links - close to bus stop for days out along the coast and easy to get to local train station. No need for car rental. Also very helpful owners (Karen & Bill) who went out of their way to assist. Also offered a good service for collection from and drop off at the airport. Would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed having the private garden to retreat to in the middle of the day. Our boys (3 & 5) loved the pool and being so close to the beach. Great location - Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan and Antibes all very easily accessible. Recommended.

Own space, own freedom, T& O, Finland

The apartment was so fully equipped and looked so good. We liked very much the little own peaceful garden where we spent lot of time. The location is perfect with bus connections, restaurants and a big supermarket. The pool also is good. We enjoyed a lot of two weeks visiting!

Asunto on upea ja hyvin varusteltu. Suojaisa oma piha parasta. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet, iso allasalue ja lyhyt matka merelle. Lähellä iso edullinen supermarket ja muutama ravintola, mm Cote Jardin, jota voimme suositella. Junarata junaliikenteen on noin 300m päässä, mutta ei haitannut meitä.

Plenty of parking also available.
