It is located about 400 meters from Riviera Beach (about 7 min walk) and 2 km from the Riviera Shopping Center of São Lourenço, with all the infrastructure you need - supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and services. Nota 1000!!

O apartamento é exatamente como na descrição, aliás, superou nossas expectativas. Tudo impecável, muito organizado, novinho, super limpo. Os proprietários pensaram em todos os detalhes para que realmente os locatários se sintam em casa. O condomínio é maravilhoso, conta com uma super infraestrutura para todas as idades. A praia é de fácil acesso. O grande diferencial, na minha opinião são os proprietários. O Marcelo e a Michele são extremamente atenciosos, honestos, educados e prontos a sanar qualquer dúvida..são pessoas maravilhosas!!Agradecemos o mimo que recebemos. Foram dias nota 1000! Super recomendo! Voltaremos outras vezes, com certeza!! Abraços

Excelente!!!

Ótimo apto, muito limpo, tudo novo, estrutura do condomínio é completa tem tudo que vc precisa, a piscina...(sem palavras),e com um grande diferencial o apto tem 2 vagas de garagem, os funcionários são muito educados, o proprietário Marcelo muito honesto e atencioso, a praia é linda e extremamente segura. Eu, minha família e meus amigos tivemos uma excelente estadia nesse apto. Recomendo muitissimo esse apto!!!
