Plot of 3165sq.m being more than 400 sqm terraces. Towels and linen are included, changed once a week. The property is cleaned initially. House must be left 'acceptably' clean when leaving (no intensive cleaning but things in order and so on...).

My 50th Birthday celebrated at this magnificent villa

May I start my review with fantastic wow.

I took all my immediate family to this beautiful villa and some of my closest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday . Juan The owner could not do enough for us he was very very pleasant we organised a meal at his restaurant down on the beach the food and service was fantastic considering there were 16 of us are whole experience was amazing from start to finish . The swimming pool is beautiful very well cared for and crystal clear the kids and all my friends and family had an amazing time in this very large beautiful original Spanish villa . The Villa was very clean and tidy and also very spacious plenty of room for everybody to enjoy a relaxing time , ideal for kids to play as the villa is gated so very safe for young children .

Five stars from us to Juan for a very memorable 50th celebration.

Amazing holiday with friends

A group of 16 friends stayed in this beautiful property. The house was very clean and had all of the facilities we needed. The house is much larger in person then on pictures.

Juan is such a wonderful host, he lets you have your own space but also is quick to contact for any questions.

There are two large supermarkets a 10 minute walk from the villa, it's a 15 minute walk to Moraira town where there are lots of lovely restaurants, bars and beach activities and a club. Javea is a 15 minute car journey away and has a lot of shops, bars and a lovely beach. There are restaurants a 2 minute walk from the villa and a paharmacy opposite. It is on a Main Street so easy for taxis to find the property.

Overall, we had the most amazing week celebrating a university reunion! Plenty of space in the villa to have BBQ's, dancing and pool activities.

Would definitely return to this incredibly property.

An amazing character property with bags of space.

I have just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa with several families. It has bags of Spanish character with endless unique features around the building. It gave our holiday a real touch of Spanish soul.

There is also an amazing amount of space. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms mean that you don't get in each other's way. We had people of all ages and we could all find areas around the house for peace and quiet but also there are plenty of spaces which can hold everyone if you need to. There are two large eating areas, one outdoor and one in the large solarium.

The table tennis and badminton were great for keeping the children entertained. Also the pool is massive. The photos really don't show it's size clearly. We staged our own mini diving Olympics. One end is shallow enough for small children and the other is deep enough for adults that like to jump in. It also has sprinklers that come on every now and then which is a nice touch.

The house is situated on a roundabout but it really isn't noisy. It has a very relaxing feel to it.

It is very quick to drive down the one straight road to town where there are loads of really nice places to eat and drink and a great little beach with lots of activities for children but it is not a built up noisy holiday area. There are some supermarkets within a few minutes drive or even a short walk and a good market on Friday morning in town.

Juan, the owner of this villa was really lovely. He was extremely accommodating about anything we asked him for and everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property and the area. Thanks Juan!!!

Relax in Moraira at Villa Casa

We recently returned from a week stay and would highly recommend the property. We were five families and totalled twenty one. Prior to arrival we were concerned that there would not be enough space but boy were we wrong. The villa was amazing with so much space both indoors and out. Would definitely consider returning. Juan the owner was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Wow, Wow, Wow

Myself and 19 friends have just returned from a 1 week stay in Juan's villa and I have to say it is absolutely fantastic. The photographs online do not do the building justice, there is a surprise around every corner and behind every door, the place just goes on and on. The pool and gardens allow enough room for you not to feel crowded, and the lounge/entertainment room is vast. There was no fighting over the best bedroom as they are all of a similar size, there were enough shower rooms and toilets that queue's didn't need to form and Juan could not have been anymore helpful.

To walk to Moraira beach takes approx 20mins and they have just laid a new pavement all the way so its an easy walk. There are numerous good restaurants and cafes within easy reach and as a collective we have decided we will definitely be returning.

We racked our brains to find a negative and all we could come up with was. there were no teaspoons.

A fantastic place to stay. Thank You Juan from all of us x

Very impressive holiday villa for 20 people

Very spacious villa with many areas to relax in the sun or shade.Excellent pool, kept clean and hygienic, without the use of chlorine. Good sized bedrooms some with salons. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets, plus 2 well equipped kitchens.

We were a family of 20, age range 11 years to 80, and found many places in the villa and outside to relax and have privacy if needed.

The Grand Salon was a perfect place to gather to enjoy games, music and to relax.

Large amount of practical easy to use outdoor furniture for dining by the pool or in the shade.

A fantastic place to spend an 80th birthday holiday.

Between Benidorm and Javea on Spain’s Costa Blanca lies Moraira, an old fishing village which has steadily started to rely on tourist income to survive. It has done this by retaining much of its Spanish fishing village charm, and refusing to be taken over by British fish and chip shops. Club de Golf La Sella: 18 holes, par 72, length 6289m. A 20 min drive in a beautiful setting within the Montgo Regional Park.

Club de Golf Ifach: 9 hole, par 60, with a length of 3406m. Less than a 5 min drive away from our Masia de Moraira is set within a beautiful green valley with superb views of the Ifach rock and with 5 min drive. No handicap is required.

Club de Golf Javea: 9 hole par 72, 5950. A 10 min drive, situated next to Benitachell, on the main Javea road, a very flat course and easy to play
