At the end of the Romantic Road

We were looking for a quiet week after driving down the Romantische Straße. And this was perfect. A lovely apartment and very helpful and friendly hosts. Lots to do and of course the castles. Even had a swim in a lake - Schwansee. I’m surprised more British tourists don’t come to this perfect location .

Friendly hosts. Spacious and comfortable appartment

We spent a lovely week in the appartment in February. The appartment was warm, comfortable and spacious. It was a great location, close to the lake and a ten minute walk into the town centre. There were beautiful views. Franz was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Peaceful stay, perfect location, fantastic hosts.

We loved our stay at the Demmler's apartment! It was the perfect place to spread out, recharge, relax and enjoy the quiet location. It was just a short 10-minute walk to town along a lovely path. I really encourage you to stay here because it is so quiet and also a great location, with panoramic views of the alps, and of Neuschwanstein castle from the apartment. We kept the doors and windows open when we were inside, because the birds sing sweetly all day long! I'm very grateful for the hospitality and generosity of our hosts too; they enriched our stay even more. Thank you for your care and kindness, Franz and Sonja!

Schönes Apartment und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir hatten einen wirklichen schönen Aufenthalt bei Familie Demmler. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und es gab generell nichts auszusetzen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Kinder hatten ausreichend Platz. Man ist zu Fuß in circa 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Lage des Apartments ist im Allgemeinen top. Das einzige, was ich ein wenig vermisst habe, ist ein Garten, wo die Kinder nach einer langen Wanderung abends noch mal rausgehen können. Dann das aber mein persönliches Learning dabei ist, ziehe ich dafür keinen Stern ab. Zu Ostern gab es auch ein kleines präsent, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Ich bedanke mich noch mal recht herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Apartment absolut empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr angenehmen Gastgeber. Wir erhielten bei der Ankunft wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie sie in der Beschreibung dargestellt wurde. Hier kann man eine unbeschwerte Zeit verbringen und sie ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
