This charming self catering holiday house with private swimming pool and large garden is over 200 years old, parts of which were re-furbished and re-decorated about 10 years ago. Situated in the tiny hamlet of Nadillac in the virtually unexplored department of the Lot, this holiday home offers all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.

At the back of the house is a sunny, walled terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. A pathway leads down to the private swimming pool. The larger than average secluded garden is full of shrubs and fruit trees and guests are invited to enjoy whatever fruit is in season.

Please note there is no WiFi at the house at the moment but the owner is planning to have it installed soon.

Ground Floor:

Fully fitted kitchen overlooking the terrace and swimming pool

Conservatory with double sofa bed (to sleep occasional guest/children) with views over the countryside.

Master bedroom with French double bed, wardrobe fitment over bed, a separate wardrobe and chair.

3 further double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 2 with twin beds. Wardrobes in all rooms

Spacious lounge with tiled floor, open fireplace, comfortable furniture, TV with digibox, DVD and CD player. Country views.

Bathroom with bath, in-bath shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

Spacious, large garden full of trees, shrubs and fruit trees.

Guests are invited to enjoy whatever fruit is in season

A slight slope leads to the pretty, private swimming pool, with an alarm and tiled surround

Sunny terrace outside the kitchen and dining room for al fresco dining

Delightful views over the surrounding countryside

Conveniently close to the N20, there is neither sight nor sound of the motorway.

Providing there is no serious damage to property, facilities or swimming pool, the damages deposit is returned 8 days after the end of the holiday.
